I just wanted to write in and thank this snow removal service for the excellent service I received during the lake effect snowstorm in Fredonia over Thanksgiving break. I had signed on for an apartment near campus, but unlike other apartments, it did not include snow removal for the driveway. As a result, I was out of luck when my driveway was completely buried, finally reaching Fredonia after a long and exhausting drive from my hometown. I called this service, and boy, they went out of their way. First, they didn't charge me a penny to plow my driveway; additionally, they offered a place for me to park and wait. Quick response, kindness, and professionalism turned this stressful situation into one of relief and gratitude. The driveway was accessible and perfectly cleared once I returned! It has been the nicest act that I have experienced while here at Fredonia. If you need snow removal from a team that truly cares, I highly recommend them, especially if you have accessibility concerns.
