DO NOT GO HERE. I was in yesterday to pick up a phone upgrade. I received an email that the online order was ready for pick up after having me wait ~20 minutes, they informed me there was a "technical issue". To solve this they recommended I cancel my order and they would resubmit it for me. When I voiced hesitancy to do so because I was worried about my upgrade credit they dismissed me and ensured me it would be okay. When they talked me into canceling my order, no surprise my upgrade credit was gone. They were unable to get the credit back, and had no solutions. I also lost the 40 dollar activation cost I prepaid for online. They told me to come back today to fix it. After watching my Verizon app all day it does not appear my activation fee has been refunded and my upgrade credit is still unavailable. I did not realize a store could mishandle a simple in store pick up so easily. read more

Wouldn't touch this place with a 6ft pole, they don't know what there doing and there service is garbage. Would give them no stars Context - been over a year | signed up for a promotional plan through them, got my phones same day and transfer pined from last carrier to Verizon. The Plan allowed to trade in any device for a 1000 dollar credit over 3 years. These associates "unknowingly till months down the road" grandfathered me to some OLD PLAN on one of the lines to pay 80 Dollars "just for two years" on a Verizon Unlimited + plan... I now have 4 lines under my account the total should be 45 a line + phone charge. Instead it's 45 for the 3 and 80 for this one line. Represetiuvies suck and can't do anything so stuck paying almost 2x on this line. Take your business elsewhere and check your emails if you apply with Verizon. This has been the worst company I have had to deal with and would rather go to Xfinity Mobile or other 3rd party's that use major towers. Hope this place shuts down. read more

I have been a Verizon customer for over twenty years. I first joined them as my company had a 30% discount with them. I honestly never had a problem, other than the cost for services. Every year the cost crept up to the point where my bill was almost $300 a month. I changed to a different carrier and this is when the issues began. I do have to pay a final bill and I am more than willing to do so. HOWEVER, I can no longer sign on to the website, I can not dial into customer service as the system is set up to 'recognize' only a Verizon number, and they don't send you a 'paper' bill only one thru my email. I have had to go to the corporate store to have one of the associates call then the next problem happens. They have a two step identification process. HA! Even when I provided ALL the information customer service had to transfer me to a supervisor to work with me on my bill. I have asked for a paper statement numerous times to show all devices are paid in full...yeah no luck with that! Super simple request and it falls on deaf ears. Instead they sent my final bill again to my email and again can I log in? Nope. Can I call them? Nope! Make sure if and when you do leave Verizon get everything bought and paid for and make sure you keep all your statements. The way you treat people current customer or not, says a lot about how a company is run. I won't be back. read more

The ABSOLUTE worst customer service. Rude and disgusting behavior. During COVID you shouldn't be touching your face. This employee with the beard kept pulling on his beard. It was disgusting. Then grabbed my phone out of my hands and proceeded to open my pictures phone. He's gross. COVID spreader most likely with touching his face and beard and then rudely grabbing the phone from my hands. He had no business opening my photos. He then just walked away from me. No good bye or anything. Just basically go to a Verizon store as we are just a authorized dealer. Go back to selling used cars! It suits you much better. Nasty beast. read more

Pretty typical experience at a Verizon store. They have historically God Awful customer service. This store was a bit different, they actually had an employee that greeted you with a BIG smile. That was definitely a good move on Verizon's behalf. But after that guy allowed us to enter with smiles, it was pretty downhill from there. The guy that "we drafted" was a smile-less, stereotypical "techy" dude - I was happy with him in one regard, whereas in another I thought that he was crap. The good was that he didn't beat around the bush, he told us exactly how much each phone would cost. The bad was that he tried to "talk the talk" but he didn't know that I could talk that same talk so he tried to one-over us with some highbrow remarks to get us to go for the more expensive phone over the cheaper one. Okay so at this point, we left and went to price check at The Apple Store like any good consumer. Upon coming back, it was like we carried a bad smell with us because the 4 customer service reps soon became 3 then 2 and finally the second to last one just up and left. The only guy left of course - by Murphy's Law - was the one that helped us. This dude, no joke, carried on a pointless conversation with another customer for 41 mins. My mom is a time nazi, so she knew exactly how long we had been there. The manager kept saying "oh just 3 more minutes," then "oh just 5 more mins," and so on. Finally 1 of the 3 reps that hightailed it out of the place when we came back returned to the store. She was all smiles until we started to talk. I told her, "Look, let's make this simple: we are here to 'buy' a phone. You don't need to 'sell' us one." I told her the phone that my mom wanted, she went back and got it, and that was where her nice attitude apparently expired. She didn't know that I could talk the proverbial, aforementioned talk - she pointed to one of the USB (A) ports and said something like, "okay so this newest iPhone no longer works with this kind of USB port. There is a new one and you need to buy a new adapter to charge the phone." I was curious to hear how exactly she was planning to blatantly lie to us, so I let her try to sell us a $50 MagSafe charger with a USB (C) dongle. She actually tried to ring up the charger on the presumption that we were both idiots, and while my mom may not be "techy," I on the other hand told her, "please put that back and do not try to snake your way to trying to make us buy something that is not necessary at all." In hindsight, I think that she may have been trying to tell us that the charging cable included with the phone has a USB-C end and no dongle is included anymore. I told my mom that the cable that she used to charge her old ass iPhone 6 Plus with would also charge her brand new iPhone 13. It may not charge at the fastest rate like using a fancy cable with a fancy dongle, but it would be absolutely perfect for my mom. She didn't need to worry about buying anything else at all. And now my mom has a brand new iPhone 13, which is where 1 of the stars comes from. The guy that was all smiles at the entrance gets 1 star - that's a brilliant idea for Verizon in an effort to rebrand its terrible partner stores. Just my 2¢. read more

I've been meaning to write this review for sometime. I came in well before closing (about 35 minutes) and was the only customer in store. While helping me the customer service agent suggested that I use the Verizon app to do what I had come in for. I mention that I prefer to do things in person incase I add additional questions and he insisted that I use the app and call customer service if I had any questions. I overheard in the background that they were waiting for me to leave so that they can close early so that they could leave and watch the Blazer game. As mentioned above I've been meaning to write this for sometime. Only reason I'd come back is because of location and I don't like going to authorities dealers. This store has it all...Great products, friendly service, and the best cellular service. When I got my new iPhone 12 it could not activate properly, and my older iPhone deactivated. I was phone-less and panicked because I also relied on my phone for work purposes. I called Verizon customer service but had no luck so I decided to go into the Verizon store. The store manager Seth Hofman was quick to calm my irrational manner and promptly fixed my phone. He even stayed past the store closing to ensure my phone was fixed (I showed shortly before they closed). I'll never switch phone companies. Verizon is the best! read more

Terrible experience at this store. We came in to transfer a line, open a new line, and move 3 phones over to the new account. We were also purchasing 3 new phones. The representative was terrible. Not only was he rude, but he lied to us about promotions. I feel scammed into a promise of rebates, with no return on them. He basically told us we'd each get $300, and 2 of those have already been declined. Why? Because he lied... Then I came in to speak with a manager to see if we could find a resolution. He called me back a day later with another code to submit that was also declined. So I called him back since he gave me his card. He said he'd look into it. This was weeks ago, and I've heard nothing. I'd hate to inconvenience these people again. The lack of professionalism and customer service is pretty mind blowing. My partner recently visited this store to upgrade her phone and the representative told her that she could also get a tablet for our daughter for only $75 as part of the upgrade promo. He never told her there would be any sort of activation fees or monthly charges, just that it worked on Wi-Fi. After reviewing our bill I noticed there was $50 in additional charges for activation and the first month line usage. She took the tablet back the very next day and told them what happened and that had we been told it was going cost extra on our bill we never would have bought it and the rep and the manager both told her she was wrong and that it was not possible the sales person could have made a mistake and refused a full refund. 09/20/17 update - reached out to the VP of customer service and they refunded the restocking fee and said they would call and talk to the store. Buying a phone is a lot like going to the dentist..... painful! We went in checked in an then waited while sales associates played with their working phones ours was not working standing at the front door hoping customers would come in while 4 of us sat and waited for service. One young man was so intrigued with his man bun that he couldn't be bothered to help customers waiting to yes wait for it SPEND MONEY! The girl standing next to him was practicing her American Idol dance kick it was so bad the four of us voted and yes it was thumbs down no talent apparently she can sell either. After about 25 minutes he asks us if we needed help because he thought we were just hanging out I guess this is what you do when your not playing with your hair. I really wished he worked for me so I could fire him. He did do one really good thing, he told us to go to the Apple store and I must say they very happily and very quickly took my MONEY oh yes it's why people go to work. read more

First let me say I am an AT&T girl BUT my sister loves her Verizon... After having her phone stole by a crackhead... she had a second party find my phone app. She found the location of her phone.... STOP right there....most people would have called the police at this time.... BUT that is not what she did was take herself straight to his house... can you spell CRAZY! When the find your phone app went off it had a non-stop Shrieking Alarm go off o the crackhead took a hammer to her iPhone. I am surprised she did not kick his ass. But instead she got a hold of me and we headed to the Apple Store. You walk in and there's a bunch if starry eyed people looking glazed over at all the options that lie before them and all I could see was the 45 minute wait. I convinced her to walk over to Verizon and see what they could do for her that is when we were so lucky to run across KALEB MOLINE what a rock star... he took us old ladies aside and helped us and explained everything to us and my sister made a wonderful decision by getting the new Apple 12 iPhone not only that, Kaleb was able to convince her that if she spent $100 more she could get three accessory's so that's exactly what she did she came away with three accessories price in about $45-$55 each so what a great saving...It is not very often that you run it across a young gentleman that is his genuine compassionate honest oh I don't know what else to say just a wonderful human being. I went with my girlfriend to swap her broken phone out for a new one since she is under warranty. We show up, the only worker available is standing in the middle of the store texting. We wait for him to be done, then he decides to help us. His name is CHAUNCEY. We loudly hear him asking another employee to help us instead of him because he didn't want to. However, she said no and he stayed with us. He also tried to get us to go to a different store to deal with it, but they were closed. The entire time he was with us, he was so incredibly rude. Condescending and mean to say the least. He seemed to be doing everything in his power to find something wrong with her phone so she wouldn't be able to trade it in. Another worker had to come over and tell him that her phone was acceptable and everything was fine. My girlfriend was almost in tears she was so frustrated with his service. Everyone else there is so nice and always has been. Chauncey deserves to be fired, and not work in customer service ever again. If you go in and see him, ask for someone else or go to a different Verizon. He does not care about the customer and just wants your money. I truly hope he gets fired. read more

I was at the Tualatin store and they didn't have what I needed after standing in line for 20 minutes and waiting another 20 for them to find out they don't have it. So he called the Washington Square one and put it on hold and said go right on over they will get right to you. The rude person at the Washington Square one could care less. Wish I had seen this store had 2.5 stars before going there. Great service when we switched to Verizon from AT&T and moved 4 phone lines. Poorly answered questions over the phone, afterwards, about the new phone, and treated tersely in the store. Final: Really nice when you're buying something. When you have any issue, go to another store, or call Verizon tech support. I have never been treated other than really nicely in a cell phone store before. What a shame. read more

So, even after learning our current phone carrier (and horror show) will be obsolete when we relocate, I was apprehensive switching to Verizon. Rude and disrespectful, went in to see what could be done since phone keeps shutting off multiple times a day, pay insurance for all our phones and was told without even looking at my phone that I needed to do a hard reset, I was shocked that they never even looked at it and what was wrong with it, the lady in there said well it would be the same if I had to get a new phone since I commented that that's a lot to do to wipe everything and start over. Wasnt even in the Washington Square Verizon for a minute and walked out, told her she was very rude.. she didn't want to be bothered.. guess it's time to look for a new carrier.. A sales person in this Washington Square Mall location called Shawn Kratochvil is a rude racist! She does racial profiling to customers and she was not happy because we are Asians. When we went to buy a new iPhone5s to switch from our old iPhone 4 which we have been using for few years, she was full of suspicions because she thought we are Chines from Mainland China who sell iPhones in black-market. Shawan kept asking us if we can buy iPhones in China so we said we are not Chinese but we are Japanese and China and Japan is a different country and we can buy iPhones in JAPAN because we HAVE Apple stores all over Japan and even my seventy years old mother has both iPad and iPhone latest versions in Japan! So does my siblings. We even had to declare we do not sell iPhones in black market, otherwise she was not happy to sell. She has a sick attitude! Why do I have to explain all of this to a sales person who obvisouly has very low level of education? You may not need a college degree to sell cellphones but I do expect any sales pesron not to be rude because of the lack of thier brain and custome'rs nationalities or ethnicity. I said to her if she has ever seen a local news when new iPhone and iPad is newly released. Because of the time difference in Japan, it is the first country in the world iPhone, iPad and Beaujolais Nouveau are sold and local news used to show people liing up in fornt of Apple store in downtown Tokyo. After she AGREED to sell us iPhones she now became even more sarcastic and repeated saying "this phone is very very expensive!" at least five times! I know they are not cheap but we can afford it. That is why we are in the store to buy! Why does she have to say it so many time as if she is sating to a kids? We get pretty embarrassed and humiliated by then. Lost my phone, bought a new one at Tigard store, and was told if they had my old phone the data could be transferred from old phone to new. Data in the cloud contained all of my contacts, not just a few but couldn't get it to download to new phone. Next day my lost phone was found and returned to me, I went to this store for help getting all of my contact. Since I didn't want to sign up for "protection plan" twerp who waited on me refused to offer me assistance with a "manual transfer." And he didn't have a clue as to why the data in the cloud was different than what was on my phone. read more

The only reason I give our experience 2 stars is because we in the end were helped by Stephanie an Experience Specialist who was amazing. As for the rest of our experience it was a nightmare with the sales person who assisted us. We already knew what promotion we were eligible for. First he said it was for only one of our two phones, then he looked at our account and said yes it was for both. Then he said if we got a Droid as one of the phones the promotion would be double for that phone. Fine all settled. Then he stepped away and came back with some package deal trying to hoodwink us into getting what turned out to be a 2 year old model iPad. And said that we didn't qualify for both promotions after all and balked at what has always been their trade in value for an iPhone. Said all kinds of conflicting things and some untruths. We ended up getting our original wants and he said we were eligible for the promotion we were aware we were offered before we came in and gave us the trade in amounts that we had looked up ourselves before coming in. He needlessly wasted our time when we said when we came in we needed to be somewhere at a specific time. And he did so to try and hoodwink us into agreeing to a two year old model iPad which we already have. read more

Hidden fees, don't go here. We also saw the manager Ari dismiss and be rude to a kid with disabilities that was trying to ask him a question. We were also described as "difficult customers" for asking if we could have the hidden fees taken off and we were only there maybe about 10 minutes tops. The man we talked to said "we can take the fees off manually, I'm just not going to do that for you" save yourself some time and go to a different Verizon store. read more
