I was so disappointed with my last 2 visits at this location. I went to upgrade 2 phones and the manager talked me into a new plan to save money. This plan added lines, but he assured me it would be cheaper than I was paying for a newer "family plan" Well it never got cheaper, and ended up being way more a month! It also took away our hotspots and our service has suffered. Then recently went to buy an Apple Watch and change our plans back. Another manager said if I bring an old watch to trade in, we would get $300 off our next bill. When I brought in the watch, they were only going to offer me $70. I think they say whatever you need to hear to help get them a sale/commission, even if it's dishonest. It's a shame, this place use to be better than the corporate store. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon. I came in to get help setting up a new iPhone I had purchased the day before at the Apple Store and to connect it to my existing Verizon plan. I was told there would be a $39 fee for them to help with the setup, which surprised me because I had never been told about this before. I asked multiple times if there was any way I could do the setup myself, over the phone, or through Verizon directly so I wouldn't have to pay the fee. Each time, I was told no, and that my only other option was to drive to corporate where they "might" waive the cost. Before leaving, I stepped outside and called Verizon customer service directly, and they immediately told me that the phone could be set up over the phone for free--no store visit or fee required. To be clear, my frustration is not about the $39 fee itself. It's about the fact that I repeatedly asked whether there were other ways to do this without paying the fee, and I was told there were not--when that was not true. I would have appreciated honest, complete information so I could make an informed decision. Went in today to switch account from consumer to business. The guy helping me said he cant switch it unless i buy a new phone. He tried to sell me iPhone 17. Eventually i told him to stop the bs and switch the account. He said his manager said we cant unless i get a new phone. I walked out. read more

They were great when I initially came in to upgrade our phone but when I had to come back because they had caused many significant problems. They were not happy and treated me as a nuisance, he was a rude smart a** . I had tried calling Verizon 6 different times prior to this with no resolve. It was the last day on my vacation and the last place I wanted to be was in Verizon dealing with problems they had created. I ended up leaving the store with none of the issues resolved. I have been a customer with Verizon for over 30 years and have never dealt with someone who was so ill prepared to deal with issues. And I found it interesting how when I went in to get the phone they were able to access my account and get all of the information necessary for the upgrade and when I came back with issues they all of the sudden had no access to any of my account information to confirm what was available on my account. read more

I don't understand how they could "accidentally" shut off every phone line when only needing one off to transfer a sim. It's been 4 days of my phone off with no warning and every time I call I verify everything with them for hours and they can't help turn it back on they just keep transferring the call and verifying. So beyond frustrating to waste several days trying to fix it because a worker didn't know what they were doing. No apologies or anything just endless calls trying to be able to text or call on my phone again. read more

I went into this Verizon store on Monday hoping to quickly transfer my former business phone number and open a consumer account. Sean at the store was incredibly helpful. He had to call the Verizon main office to get access to my former corporate account. Verizon asked me to unlock my credit report so they could approve my new account (I unlocked it within 30 minutes). It has now been more than 48 hours since that time. The Verizon rep has now called me 4 times to tell me that Verizon still cannot access my credit. I'm very disappointed @Verizon in your service. I hope this post gets some action. read more

4/10 My son, Shawn and I went to Victra Verizon store. We were greeted immediately. Caitlyn introduced herself and she asked how she can help us today. Shawn and I explained his iPhone 6 no longer worked and he needed an upgrade. He just wanted his phone to work and he did not care what iPhone version. She suggested the iPhone 11 and all his data transferred over to his new phone. We also purchased a new case. The time spent in the store was approximately an hour. The process went smoothly. Caitlyn's smile is infectious . 4/20-Before I went to the store I called and spoke to Raf. I asked if Caitlyn was working and he said "Yes and she is leaving at 4:30." I asked Raf questions about upgrading my phone and he answered without hesitation. I arrived at the store around 4:15 and Caitlyn and Raf helped me with my purchase iPhone 11 Pro Max. To download my apps and information to my new phone took approximately an hour. She informed me about AutoPay which I signed up for. I am really glad I came to this store. I had a great experience with this Verizon store and their very helpful employees. I stopped in to switch from AT&T as my provider. AT&T does not have good cell service in San Clemente. David was very helpful in switching me over and I got a great deal on a new phone. I stopped in the next day, and Rafik unlocked my Ipad for me. He went above and beyond. I didn't buy it there but he still helped me tremendously. Both men were very knowledgeable and very patient and helpful. And it was a hot day and they let me bring my dog inside. We called Verizon customer service and were told there was nothing they could do because this store is not actual Verizon but a retailer of Verizon. Don't go here! Find a real Verizon store, not Victra, they charge extra and sneak in add-ons you didn't ask for. I feel like I was scammed. I just wanted a new phone and to transfer my existing Verizon service. I found out 2 weeks later that my monthly bill increased by $100 per month, not including the added cost of the phone. It has taken me hours on the phone to fix my account with Verizon. Not to mention it took David more than 2 hours to set up the new phone in the store and he still could not do it. read more
