Somehow, instead of lowering my bill, the employee increased it by about $100 per month. When I asked how that happened, rather than simply explaining it or trying to fix it, she became argumentative and dismissive. At one point, I had to explain that I don't work for AT&T and that I was simply a customer asking a reasonable question about why my bill had just gone UP $100 when I came in for a discount. What I expected to take five minutes turned into nearly TWO HOURS. I finally left with the discount applied, only to realize my phone had stopped working after the changes they made. So I had to turn around and go right back inside. When I walked back in, the same employee was now arguing with an elderly woman. She was telling her that she "didn't have to help her" and was "going out of her way" to do so, even though the woman was literally the only other customer in the store. I wish I had gotten the employee's name so I could be more specific, but she wasn't wearing a name tag. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What made this experience so bad was the attitude when customers simply asked for help or clarification. A basic account change turned into a two-hour ordeal, a $100/month billing increase that had to be corrected, and a phone that stopped working. I've never left a store more confused about how a simple customer-service interaction could go this badly.

My freezer department was failing to remain frozen. The upper ice maker also had stopped working, but it was a secondary issue. Elad diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate for the freezer department repair. Parts were ordered on a Thursday and the repair was completed on the next Tuesday. Elad also told he believed the ice maker would start working within a week, as he felt the repair completed were related. He also gave me a second estimate in case it didn't but suggested I wait. The ice machine started making ice after 5 days which was a great ending. Very impressed with this company and Elad. It is a pleasant surprise to find a technician with integrity that doesn't make unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this business and would use them in the future if needed.

My phone is a iPhone X, and the repair cost for this model is not cheap. I met Trung at the store. He is the sales manager and technician. He applied the discount for Thanksgiving. I couldn't believe that he only charged me $80 for an OLED screen. He said he had a cheaper option for $60 if I went for the LCD sceeen but as soon as he demonstated the differences between 2 screens, I decided to go with the oLed screen. Trung also gave me a free screen protector. Highly recommdend Trung and his dedicated job.
