Rafik, Terrell and Noah ! I can't describe how amazing of help they were! 10/10 SERVICES They were each willing to stay an additional hour (close to 2) after closing ! In the end! They were super helpful and friendly with services to us and others in the store. Just please be patient and I promise they will solve your problems!

We set up an account yesterday that had many issues with transferring numbers from another carrier to this one. However, Rafik, Noah, Terrell and Lucas all helped when they were supposed to be off or even closed! They were very easy to work with. They were also very understanding of our sticky situation and everything worked out in the end without the need of brand new numbers (besides one). After everything they still had the time and patience to transfer someone from another account to the new one. Overall, great experience! Very clean too!

I bought a new iPhone yesterday at the Apple Store and came in today to activate it. Juliana and Justin were so incredibly patient and wonderful. It took 2 hours because we had to call tech support but my new phone is now NOT activated. Between the two of them and the Verizon rep on the phone, they couldn't figure out how to activate my new phone so I'm still using my old phone until I waste more time tomorrow by going to the actual Verizon store. Don't waste your time at an "authorized dealer" They cannot solve real issues like transferring data from one phone to another. I cannot understand why I wasted over three hours here today, it perplexes me!, I'm so disappointed! As much as I like Justin and Juliana, they couldn't solve my issues today. I would still give them four stars because they were so sweet but the store itself is not someplace you should go to unless you have to pay a bill. Don't waste your time coming here for anything more complicated than that! :((

I came in a few weeks ago because I sadly got my brand new iPhone stolen at a bar. I was so bummed and not even sure I'd be able to get a new phone right away. Justin and Ashley immediately helped me when I walked into the store. They were both so understanding, helpful, and accommodating to all of my needs. They helped me get a new phone quickly and walked me through how to get my data/stored memories back from my stolen phone. It made a crappy situation a lot better! Thanks for the excellent customer service Justin and Ashley!

Came in on June 18th evening around 6:45pm to CellSpot about an iPhone 6 issue I think they close…read moreat 7pm. It was stuck at the Apple logo screen for a brief second and then reboots while connected with the charger. I told them about what I was experiencing when trying to turn it on and let them know it's one of my back up phones so it's not urgent and I was okay with them taking their time to find out the solution if it was a battery issue, logic board issue, or software issue. I did go to another phone repair shop at Cypress before and they weren't able to resolve the issue, after checking the battery and diagnosing it, so I thought I give it another try at another local repair shop here at CellSpot in Anaheim. The next evening (June 19th) I checked with them to see what the status was and if they were able to diagnose it. They let me know the progress and status. Although it wasn't quite finished I respected their follow up response and customer service. They let me know after testing the phone on another battery it was still giving issues so they asked permission if I'm okay if the possibility of loosing the data for them to try and reset the firmware/OS, since the volume/power button method didn't work. I was totally fine with it since it was one of my back ups. The next morning (11am) on June 20th they let me know it was resolved, and ready for pick up. The issue wasn't the battery or logic board, it was the software/OS and they were able to reset/reinstall the OS and got it back up and running. My total experience calling in advanced for the quote/service, walking in the store, following up, and final day to pick up the device was overall pretty good. It was busy when I came and when I returned to pick up the device so I know patience was key. The ladies I spoke with on the phone and met in person to drop off the phone and pick it up were good! And of course the phone still works on the latest firmware it can handle! Would repeat for other repairs and the price was fair. Here's the feedback I promised, thank you CellSpot!

Woooaahh, WATCH OUT NOW.!!…read more NOW I Came here to get my iPhone fixed up this guy was very courtious and professional to me..I thanked him as I couldnt do the simple restore on my iPhone 12 Pro. And I told him I have a Samsung S9+ Edge at home that may need a new screen I actually bought one on ebay that I showed him, he said its non original and he will put decent one in for 115$. Ok so I went home and came back about 1-2 weeks later with the phone.. Now watch this..HE is in the back, sends him 10yr old son to help me.. And i told him your dad initially helped me with this, I'm not sure if you will know what to do.. The kid did a good job helping me and I was thinking about giving the phone to swap out the screen but had a necessary question if the present screen can be fixed from the go as it had a small tiny crack in it.. Keep in mind while that was happening a customer walked in and the dad immediately came to assist him completely ignoring my set of questions that his son was struggling with as he didn't help me originally.. Now when I started asking my last question to his son if the screens can just be fixed on my s9 +.. The Dad looked over at me very ANGRILY AND SAID ; " HEY WHAT DO YOU NEED. ?!!??". I Was kind of embarrassed at the tone I was spoken in and in front of his young son wanted to be a bigger person and simply said.. Hey yeah I told your son he wasn't the one originally helping me and that's Fine..I will just go and maybe buy a s22 Ultra as it would be only 100$ more than my repair... I picked up my things and left..sincerely thanked the young kid who was just looking in confusion wondering if he could've helped more.. I feel SAD for the father as he completely acted IGNORANT and set wrong example for his son..yeah I will warn you before you give this guy any business to look at his conduct towards customers. No sincerity or professional mannerism.. I am looking for another Cell phone wireless store for my needs..
