can't stand the sucubus that is verizon they say they care that we're all laid off but they don't. i've literally never had a good experience w this serve since i walked in and signed up for it 2 yrs ago. shed many tears over this bill i can never understand. when you call they just double talk and bully you. have no idea how ta get out of this downward spiral that is verizon. read more

Several years ago I bought a phone at this store and all was fine. However, recently I had to buy a new phone and got completely ripped off. In a word, the salesperson, Peter Miron, sold me on a promotion that did not exist, and cost me over $100 extra. He claimed there was a promotion on the Hum device, and if I purchased it, I would actually save $5 on my monthly bill AND get 15GB of data. I don't even use the 2GB I have so that was irrelevant but I figured I'd save the $5 even though I had no interest in the Hum device. I bought it, he installed it, and on my next bill I discovered not only that the amount of the bill was not what he had said but was considerably more, and that I still only have 2GB of data, but that I was paying for an extra phone line for the Hum - which he never told me about. By the way he also signed me up for the phone protection fee which I never agreed to. I spoke at length to someone at Verizon who was very helpful, she said she didn't have any record of such a promotion, and she even called the store where I got the phone. Peter wasn't there and the manager said there was never any such promotion. The customer service representative said she would disconnect the line and my bill would go back to normal. When I got my next bill, the extra line was indeed gone, as was the phone protection fee, but i was charged a $115 premature termination fee. The woman never said a word about that, but when I called Verizon again, the man I spoke to said she probably didn't realize it - she had left extensive notes. I argued politely but angrily with him for 90 minutes and he kept putting me on hold to check various things, but in the end he insisted there was no way to waive the premature termination fee - even though it was for a device I never wanted and was sold under false pretenses. This is the company with the best customer service ratings. If you must go to this Verizon store, stay away from Peter Miron, he is not truthful and will rip you off plus make your life far more inconvenient - 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Verizon and I have to bring the device back to the store. This is one of those cases where I would give zero or negative stars if I could. read more

Not a good experience, customer service pretty much non existent. Waited over 1-1/2 hour before leaving.

The sales people are liers.. they said they will give me credit if i turn in my phone but they lied just to get the sales

The representative here told me, "Verizon charges you $199 for upgrading a phone plus the taxes on the phone, but we give you a free charger, case and phone screen to offset the cost." No you liar, Verizon doesn't charge that. You're an authorized retailer that probably illegally has Verizon's signage up as if you are actually a Verizon store. That's like Best Buy calling themselves Apple because they sell apple products. It doesn't work. Avoid this place. They will rip you off. read more

JOSEPH! THANK YOU SO MUCH! You hooked it up! I am so happy to be a Verizon customer... I almost switched carriers... you have restored my faith... thank you! read more

Since this is not a real Verizon store they can not do what a real Verizon store can do. They are a privately owned Verizon store for this reason a corporate store can not fix the mistakes they have made. This store is mainly all about making money and will waste your time. Just take the drive to a real store. read more

I would have given this location a zero if that was an option. I purchased a tablet and hot spot with the guarantee that if it didn't work for what I needed they would let me return it and wave the restocking fees if I did so before the 14 days. Well the manager got replaced and the new manager Frank, tells me he can't wave the restocking fee because it isn't allowed. The employee who sold the product, Alfredo, he just stood there and said nothing because all he was worried about was getting his commission. So despite the fact that a representative of their company made a promise, they won't honor it because he shouldn't have made the guarantee in the first place. No concern whatsoever for taking care if a long time customer. Do yourself a favor and only visit a corporate verizon location and never an authorized dealer. read more

Went in hoping that they would assist me with my iPhone 5s charger that i just bought last week but they were of no help to me at all. Person there just sent me away and told me I had to go to an Apple Store to get it replaced. I asked what i would need to take and she said nothing. Didn't even try to help me. Don't come here if you want good service. I then called another Verizon and they said that they would be able to do a diagnostic test on my phone charger but not send me away to an Apple store like this Verizon. read more

Just bought my new phone from this Verizon and Able was amazing! He was very patient and did everything in his power to make my plan affordable! I would without a doubt go back to this Verizon store. read more

Do yourself a favor and spend the gas to go to the big Verizon store in Riverside by the Lowes. These employees don't know their product, are rude and have no clue about the words customer service. My husband special ordered a specialty phone and had to keep calling till it was in. Finally went in to store and it was there. In the back room. No phone call. No offer to transfer data, set up or anything. No lessons. New operating system and he has no clue how to work it. This place needs new employees! read more

Spoke to a "manager" who didn't do his proper job. Tacked on additional fees for services we never asked for. Had to call Verizon and get it figured out through them. Being a manager means doing an even better job than just your regular employee. Told us we couldn't get a receipt because the toner was out-- so we couldn't see the additional fees he added. Horrible.... Don't go here!!! read more

This store is the worst phone store I have ever been to. They lie to your face about the insurance plans. As well as they lie about phones in production. They claimed my LG G4 was no longer in production when I went in to replace it. But I know for a fact that LG is still producing it as well they still had it on display in store to purchase. The person I dealt with was very unprofessional and I will not go back there ever again. read more

I recently upgraded my phone at this store. They were seemly great and on top of thier game. HOWEVER, i stressed repeatedly that I'm on a fixed income and couldn't afford my monthly payments to go up. No problem. We're looking out for you. But you have to have this premium insurance for 2 weeks, after that you can cancel it. My bill went from 65 to 110. I went to the store and asked them to rectify this. Sure, well send an email off and get this straigjtened out. Nothing happened. I contacted verizon and and its now straigjtened out. Will never do business at this mission grove store again. I was lied to sbout several things. Very disappointing. read more

I went in today (6/8/19) to add my mom to my account and get her a new phone and I had such great experience. After we decided on which phone to get my moms, we were informed that they didn't have the color option in stock at this location. Sergio offered to drive down to the Tyler mall location to pick up the phone for us as they had it in stock over there. We kindly accepted his offer and asked that they give us a call once the phone was ready for us. When I went back, Bryan and Janahi helped me finish up the process and they helped me upgrade my own phone as it was long overdue. Cannot recommend them enough as they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. read more

This Verizon location is the worst. I have had issues on numerous occasions with the employees and management being rude and not helpful in anyway. Avoid this location at all cost. read more

Excellent customer service! I actually was able to get all my questions answered by Colleen about my family plan and she also upgraded me to the perfect phone that is perfect for me. I felt like she was actually listening to what I was looking for and not just trying to sell me on something I didn't need. I will definitely be back! read more

Went shopping for a Christmas gift for my dad today. Despite the small wait, Alejandra did acknowledge us as we walked in, which is great because other places I've been too did not. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of giving us a deal on the current devices. She really helped with not only getting one phone but two without having monthly payments go up. She was efficient with our time because were on a time constraint. I really appreciated her professional expertise. If you want to get a new phone I suggest go and see Alejandra. read more

Great service new management they will take care of you! Better customer service than corporate and less wait time!

5 stars for the amazing customer service! Both gentlemen that helped us out were knowledgable and made us feel important. The manager that was in that night did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. He went out of his way to drive to a different store location to get us what we needed and to ensure that we were happy! read more

Anthony helped my husband and I buy new iPhones. We are senior day not at all tech savvy. He was incredibly patient and lovely to use. It took several hours for us to complete the transaction and he never lost patience. I highly recommended Anthony. read more

Double dealing prevaricators, Overcharged for device more than Verizon list and lied about price increase. Put on an unnecessary two year plan on a kids gizmo that was bought outright, just make more money. Claimed that there is on line rebate of $35 and there was not, Refused to return unless $35 restocking was paid for the $40 overcharge. Basically was told that i was stupid if i did not read the fine print before i left the store which they never gave me but packed in the bag with the new device, Never Ever go to this store again. I thought I was receiving excellent customer service only to find that I had literally been misdirected and ripped off/ GO TO CORPORATE STORE MUCH MUCH BETTER. read more

Anthony Castro is the best representative possible!!! I have a "tech phobia," must keep tons of old messages, photos etc. and other difficult client issues. My husband had been losing patience and decided to look into the options for us and went to our Verizon Store and Anthony was able to give my husband solutions that overcame all my "difficulties" and addressed hubby's well deserved upgrades. We ended up with abundant admiration for Anthony because he accomplished so much with us and for us with a smile and a skill set that should see him rise in this ambition. My husband and I have both; hired, fired, trained and managed enough folks during our many varied careers to inspire this review. read more

This location is PERFECT!!! The customer service is above and beyond I recommend this store to future Verizon customers. This is my location of choice being a VERIZON customer! Thank you read more

Terrible customer service. Lied to us about what we were actually paying for. When we called them to resolve issue, the rep, Jordan, didn't even remember us...and it was only like 1 week later. Had to jump through so many hoops to get issue resolved. Got different answers from different people on the same question. You're better off going through Verizon directly or online...don't waste your time or money with these jokers. read more

Completely changed my plan so it was $50 more a month, refused to accept blame for explaining none of this to me at the time, and charged me a restocking fee when they finally took my phone back. Take your business to the actual verizon store, not this breeding ground for lazy employees and excuses. read more

I would give this store no stars if I could. Alfredo was the rep who serviced us and lied to us. We told him repeatedly that we wanted a 2 year contract and NOT a month to month edge plan. He said that was perfectly ok. Except now that I got my bill I am finding out that Alfredo signed us up for the edge plan. Now when I called to talk to the manager he refused to let her know I was on the line. I tried to have Verizon's customer service help me, but it is a huge run around. Long story short they will be seeing me in court. I should have left when I saw other customers walking in and yelling at the store manager for lying to them too! read more

Sorry I didn't read yelp before I went to this store to get a replacement phone. I was told there was a special going on and plus I had an upgrade. I went ahead and purchased the phone. When it was time to get a receipt I was told the printer was not working but they would email me the receipt. Big mistake. What I got billed for was not what I was told. Instead I am being charged for a monthly payment plan for a phone and the free tablet came with a monthly fee. This place is so dishonest. read more

got an iphone 8 bogo & they added the hum device said it was free was not free did not state there was activation fee & they opened another line to disconnect that line is $125 also acted like was giving us free screen protectors & a case they wasn't free $50 a peice you can by otterbox lifeproof or any case for less then that on amazon & ebay & the case was actually good but also not free $19.99 with this place get everything in writing a printout of whats being billed to you & remember return dates they state to you which really doesnt matter instead of wasting your time returning to the store call customer service eight eight seven-eight seven six-two three five five avoid this place like the plague go to a corporate verizon store if I could give no stars I would also using that customer service number above my wife was able to return the hum device & got activation fee refunded read more

So hit and miss with this place. I went in and got GREAT service a few weeks ago, so I went back. This time everyone in the store was pushy, rude, and presumptuous. Clerk got bent out of shape that I wanted to actually read the thing I was signing ( like I'M the one wasting YOUR time. Why should it take an hour to buy a phone? PRotip: It shouldn't). Will definitely try another branch next time. read more

Terrible customer service. If this store does not make commission off of you they have no intention to help you. It clearly states Verizon wireless on building but what you can't see is the piss poor customer service fine print at the bottom. If you have not made a purchase at this location they will kindly turn you away informing you they cannot help you, as you have not made the purchase through them. I had a question about my new upgrade to the iPhone 7, and the representative immediately asked if the purchase was through their location. Once I replied with no, not at this location the employee stated he could not help me and to have a good day. Wow! Great customer service guys. read more

Went through the process of purchasing a new phone for my wife and I. We were helped by Boston who appeared to be the only person there who knew what they were doing since he was helping out so many of the customers while the associates just stood there. I would not recommending going to this Verizon store and although this store is a few minutes from home I will be driving to a different one from now on. read more

The worst and very dishonest customer service. I ordered a phone, waited and waited for 1 week.
