This place is such a scam! Worker by the name of Brandon is shady. Went in with my dad to do a trade in and separate phone bills. At first it seemed he didn't want to help. He told us we would have to call the direct customer service line. He then ended up helping us along with customer service on the phone. He tried SO hard to push sales on us and he ended up selling my dad on internet. He gave both my dad and I VERY different pricing than what we were billed. My phone bill was over $250 MORE than what he said it would be. I'm now looking into a different carrier. Wouldn't recommend Verizon and Brandon. read more

The employee Talwinder forged my documents to make it seem like I was getting a discount that was presented on Verizonwireless.com . Please see attached. Talwinder stated I was getting $100 off the original price of a 32GB iPad and a $50 billing credit. Since I do not work for Verizon nor A wireless I do not know the original price for this device, so I'm believing my CSR aka "Assistant manager" . Once I got home I did my research and saw the original price was $459.99 on the Verizon site. She put $560.00 on the paperwork. So this is where my confusion come into place. Why is your employee pricing devices higher then Verizon ? I'm sure the Corporation would not be happy you are treating customers this way. She also added other charges I was not aware of. I spoke to a Verizon rep she advised me to go into the store and speak with a manager. I went into the Verizon store the very next day ( Oct 2) spoke to other reps who couldn't explain why. They advised me to come into the store Wednesday when the manager was in store and explain to him the issue. I just left the store the manager Alex was no help ! All he tried to do was resale me the device for the online price . No that's not what I wanted. As a manager I feel like he should've been able to explain why his employee is putting these false prices for Verizon devices. He charged me a restocking fee which I feel is totally unacceptable. I can see if I was returning a device because of a in controllable reason. I'm returning a device because your employee did not properly sale me a Verizon product for the Verizon price. He made me feel like I was in the wrong because I showed him what his employee is doing wrong. Currently I emailed the district manager and still have not got a response. Go to a real Verizon store. I normally would try to avoid an authorized retailer like this store anyway but I was told by Verizon I wouldn't have to deal with the workers and just have to pick up the phone from this store. When I get there they somehow can't find my order and are out of stock of the iPhone I'm suppose to pick up. But..... what they do have is the iPhone I'm suppose to pick up but it only comes in a bundle with a case protector and screen for $250. Really? These guys are taking advantage of new iPhone releases and only selling them if you buy accessories, I'm sure for their commission. I called Verizon and they confirmed that this store shouldn't be doing this to iPhone sales. I get it everyone is trying to make money but don't be shady. Don't visit this store, just go through Verizon directly through the phone or visit another store. They will obviously do all that they can to get your business but will leave you hanging if you have issues afterwards. We transferred our phones over from AT&T and we were pretty happy with the service. We were looking for a new options, better pricing, new phones etc.. 2 hours later we thought the plan sounded great, but the reps did not know what they were doing. When it came to crediting us for the phones we had and were purchasing. We got stuck with an additional $1,000 bucks. SCAM ARTIST AND LIARS! these guys sold me a phone and gave me a FREE tablet in which I only had to pay for taxes. Wrong. I paid the taxes and at the final checkout they said they had to add a 100 dollar upgrade fee that Verizon was starting to do recently. They said they would apply two discounts on my account which was a student discount and "corporate discount". Verizon called me and two weeks ago after 3 months of the purchase Verizon says they had to take off my discounts because I wasn't in the military and they never offered student discounts. WOW so now they are applying bogus discounts just to get a sale. I am not apart of the military in any way and they totally lied to me by saying it was a corporate discount. Long story short, I ordered an iPhone through the phone with Mike and he said that when I came in I only had to pay for the iPhone sales tax and set up fee. When the phone was ready for pick up, he set it up and said that the phone came with *free* accessories. I asked him multiple times if it was actually *free* and he said yes each time. When I looked at the itemized receipt, it included $64.99 for a liquid glass screen protector, $44.99 for an iPhone case and $39.99 for a wall charger adaptor. I asked about why I was being charged for it bc he had said it was *free* and he said that I needed to get the accessories bundle in order to get the promotion.... I only got the phone because I was in need so I went ahead and paid. The following day I called Verizon care and asked if I had to purchase the accessories in order to get the promotion. Two separate Verizon care reps confirmed that I didn't have to purchase the accessories in order to get the phone promotion. It's infuriating that they lie and mislead you in order to sell accessories! I called the manager and explained what happened and he tried to give me a $90 refund for the accessories that I was mislead into purchasing but I asked for a full refund that totaled to $146.60 for the accessories alone. $146.60!!! I was given the refund and he let me keep the case and screen protector but in the end, it's not cool for the sales reps to lie and mislead people for sales. I know that there are people that don't know better and can't stand up for themselves so take this as a precaution. Don't get taken advantage of! My mom and dad are older, and unfamiliar with technology. My mom was having issues with iMessage working, and ended up going into the store for help. The salesman told her there was nothing they could do because the phone was so old. (Purchased new 3-4 years old and an older model) he tried getting her to buy a new iPhone, pitched her on deals and promos without troubleshooting for her. He either saw the update that the phone needed, and completely ignored it knowing my parents have no idea how things work, or he never checked for an update (which makes no sense because that should be the first thing anyone checks for) he continued pressuring her into upgrading, and after receiving no help or guidance she decided to leave. Thank goodness. She called me and I was able to direct her in checking for, downloading, and installing the update her phone clearly needed. Now it's back to normal and she gets to keep her phone that she loves! read more

Bryan at this Verizon store was great. He was very helpful and took his time even thought we kept him after his shift. He answered our thousands of questions with a smile. We walked out really happy with our new phones. ALL LIES!!!! We went in to add a family plan for an already existing account with just 1 line. We have always been an iPhone family and somehow one of us left out with a Galaxy phone. I told them we have always used iPhone and they sold the Galaxy with the the great picture quality. They stated that we have 14 days to exchange for an iPhone if we don't feel comfortable with the Galaxy. Well the simplicity of the iPhone is what we like. I went in 5 days later just to make sure we can change it and that they had the specific iPhone in stock to change back so that we did not have to wait like we have been waiting to change to the Galaxy since the day we purchased my husband left with and ugly pink Galaxy one because they didn't have the blue one he wanted. They didn't event transfer any of his contacts or pictures because they said they would call him when they got the blue one and if he wasn't happy with the Galaxy we can still exchange for the iPhone. Well we went back 6 days later to tell them we definitely did no like the Galaxy (just preference) and we were told that we couldn't exchange and get the same promotion with the phones because the promotion expired yesterday! That we had to pay extra for the phones!!! ALL LIES! I want to exchange everything and go back to my previous phone carrier because. At least they never lied! read more

The customer service here is fantastic. My husband and I came from T-Mobile and we explained to our sales representative Joseph what we wanted. He and his manager did everything they could to get us the best deal possible. We are extremely pleased so far, and are just waiting on our rebate cards and our credit for the phones we returned. We had to go back today to return one of our apple watches for a little manufacture flaw. The manager happily ordered me a new one. Best part is we finally have Verizon! I had ordered a watch for buy online pickup in store. Received an email saying it would be ready within two hours and nope. Ordered it the night before and called before closing and they said they didn't have an order under my name. I spoke with Verizon directly to check and see if I had the right store and they told me yes. Another day goes by and I call and they tell me that they don't have an order for me at all. Call Verizon directly AGAIN and turns out this store cancelled my order. I was told my the Verizon agent that someone had cancelled my order. I had to jump through so many hoops to get this sorted out because of the fact that someone here had cancelled my order. Try and go to an ACTUAL Verizon store. Not this one. If you do go buy from this store make to ask pricing and get clear understanding of what's "FREE" they have lots of technicalities on how to stab your wallet. They will use the words FREE you don't get to see your charges until they swipe your card, or you pay cash. Horrible service store manager is an ASS. I have had a few different providers in the past and this has been my only bad experience. Also if you port your phone over they charge a $19.99 "Set up and go fee". Iliana and her coworkers try to con me into getting a Samsung edge s7 for free just have to pay 100$ which could be deducted if I bring in a use phone. I bought my old Samsung s5 to trade it in. So we were finishing up the process n she try to sneak in ok u will be paying 32$ a month for the phone. I told her wait u told me numerous time that it's free. Pretty much I have 3iPhone 6s Plus and 1 Iphone 7 with T-Mobile. I don't need a phone but it was free so why not. Long story short not only was I gonna give my Samsung s5 but also pay 800$ for a phone that was suppose to be free. So I didn't switched over. Unbelievable!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! walked in the store and was greeted by a sales consultant named Auston. Man was this guy about to spin off the planet. He was fidgety and constantly texting on his phone. He didn't even look at us in the eye. He didn't put his phone down the whole time we stood in front of him. He was shaking and nervous. Poor service, we basically took care of our own issue. They give this guy a check to text on his phone or assist customers. He wasn't professional. He didn't excuse himself for texting. I came down from Victorville to get the iPhone 7 and my transaction couldn't have went any smoother. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I needed to get a screen fixed on another device and they sent me in the right direction to where I could get that done. That also was a smooth and fast visit. I would not recommend going to this store. We were mislead to get a sale by a store rep name Keisha. We were told that if we simply submitted a friend or family member's military id, that we would receive a $40 discount and a $200 rebate card. Keisha did not advise that this person has to be on the account, so Verizon denied it. When, I called the store, Keisha advised that she did not know. I asked her manager and she said he wasn't in. Deceptive sales practices! Went in to get an upgrade on my phone. They told me that there was a special that day and that I can get $25 worth of free accessories with my phone. Then they started to throw numbers around like a used car salesman telling me how much I can walk out the door for. I relented after I got tired of their B.S. Took the phone home, and discovered an issue with the software and decided to return the phone the next day. I fully expected them to pressure me on another phone, but I told them I wasn't ready to commit on anything without doing some research first. I was not going to get another phone like the one they gave me because I lost confidence in it. Their whole demeanor changed from being friendly to almost ridiculing me for not getting a new phone. Any one of them could of helped me but they had me wait around for the salesman that was out at that time. The original salesman finally arrived, and after some effort to get me to buy a new phone right there and then, decided to let me have my refund as per contract. Worst part, they only refunded me $16 of the $43 that I paid. He told me that the rest he could not refund because they do not do returns on accessories. Now wait a minuet! They told me the accessories were free! They actually charged me for an overpriced accessory that I didn't want, and now they're refusing to refund. Shady! I was originally going to go back to get a new phone after doing some research, but after this experience, I'll pass. The two men that "helped" me, spoke to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I told them my GPS was not working. My locator kept dropping so when I looked up the address to a place and proceeded to the route it would show that I was somewhere I wasn't. He looked at my phone and said my compass app was off. I said a app that has nothing to do with my maps or Waze app. He said yes that makes sense. I left to store frustrated knowing my phone wasn't fixed. I went to another verzion store in Fontana off of Serria. Diana actually helped me. She rest my locator and updated some other softwares for me.
