Stopped by T-Mobile because I needed a new screen protector. Henry assisted us and he was great! He was personable, funny, helpful, and all around offered amazing service. My screen protector was free because I they come with a lifetime warranty. It's an amazing investment and worth the cost. Especially if you crack your screen protectors constantly like I do. I've been a T-Mobile customer for as long as I can remember and it's because of people like Henry that I stay. He needs to be recognized for his level of service. read more

Staff can't help if you can't access T-Life. No more buying in person anymore. Everything has to be done online first. Want a new phone? Order online and set in store pickup to get the same day. Giving it 1 star because there's no point for a store if you can't buy what you need instantly. Old experience was much easier and faster. Go in, buy phone in full or show ID to finance a new phone. Especially when you're like my cousins that don't know much English. Took my cousin and he can't log into T-Life on his phone bc his phone screen is broken so they can't help him at all. read more

I walked in and was greeted with a hello. Great. Waited 2-3 min for someone to come over and say it's gonna be a 15 minute wait. Annoying when I'm here this early, whatever. I'm sitting there waiting for 15 minutes, he finally comes over to check how he can help me. All I needed was a screen protector. They don't have the screen protector in stock that I sat and waited 15 minutes for. They should've asked me what phone I had and what I needed and checked if I had it in stock before they made me waste my fkn time. I will never bring my business back to this location. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at T-Mobile. I switched 10 lines to T-Mobile only because I was explicitly told I would receive $1,100 in credit per line for trading in 10 iPhones (13 Pro Max and newer), and that these credits could be used toward getting the iPhone 17 Pro Max models. This information was given to me directly by a T-Mobile representative named Anthony. Anthony clearly stated that this promotion was valid and that the credits would apply as promised if I switched all lines over. That assurance is the only reason I committed to moving my entire account. After switching, I was told that this was not true, and that the credits either do not apply the way Anthony explained or are not available at all. This feels incredibly misleading and unethical. Customers should not be pressured into major decisions based on incorrect or false information. T-Mobile needs to take responsibility for the statements made by its representatives. Either honor what was promised by Anthony, or make sure employees stop giving inaccurate information to close sales. I expected better transparency and honesty. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in T-Mobile. read more

Jhon Echavarria was really helpful. when i came in with my girlfriend he was very professional and helped us out with great care. He walked us step by step about our monthly payments and the benefits that come along with them. If you're at T-Mobile ask for Jhon he'll do you right! read more

T-Mobile - Their business cards - Mobile Phones Near Me - Rialto, California

I just wanted the holiday cups honestly for my parents and I , but the lady with the bow on her hair was being territorial about them acting like t-mobile is actually checking each checkins with the cups . My parents can't walk and parked outside, I have 3 phones on me that I had for 9 years on my acct and she wanted to bring them in or see them like she is going to walk out the store . Honestly , the Fontana store on sierra is way better than the interactions I had at the Rialto store , disappointed how a corporate store treats the elderly and disabled . Shame on you . read more

Came into this store hoping I would be received with patience, kindness and friendly staff, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I was met with an employee named Anthony who was one of THE rudest people I have ever encountered. Not only was Anthony clearly showing his impatience through his body language and temperament, he had the audacity to insistently ask me, "So what are we doing here? Do I need to help you because I have other customers coming in." I patiently replied with, "I understand that, but I'm getting the info I need from my husband to switch over to T-Mobile." I was then a bit flustered with how rude and impatient Anthony was with me, but I gave him benefit of the doubt and continued to stay with his service hoping he'd turn his attitude around and be more understanding of the situation I was in. Regardless, I kindly asked if I could put my husband on speaker to explain our phone situation. Anthony then became aggressive and progressively more rude and was backing away from my phone acting like it was some sort of kryptonite that he couldn't touch. I was so thrown off by his attitude and told him kindly, "this is my husband on speaker and we're on the same account." Instead of simply getting the information that was needed from me and seeking to understand what our situation was, Anthony proceeded to belittle me and tell me, "Dear, I don't know who's on the phone and blah blah blah security purposes." I immediately ended my time with him and told him, "You don't need to call me 'dear' and I am also done talking to you, but I would like your card." My husband even heard in his voice how rude Anthony was being. It was starting to cause a scene in the store with him being aggressive towards me and telling me, "go ahead and take my card! Take my manager's card too!" Anyways, service recovery was met with one of the assistant store managers named Jennifer who was able to help me out. So to Anthony, I hope this review finds you well and I hope the next time you help out a customer, just remember the next time you ever need help with something you're unfamiliar with that you don't receive the treatment you gave to me. No need to act like a tough guy at a T-Mobile in Rialto. It ain't that deep, bro. Lol. read more

I came to the store to resolve my issue with the call center, who were giving me the run around and I was really frustrated because nothing was getting worked out. As I walked in Hilaria greeted me right away. I explained my situation to her and she did an incredible job and was super professional. I am very pleased that they addressed my needs , thank you so much. read more

In and out with great Wi-Fi at a killer price in like 30 minutes. Knowledgeable staff and extremely friendly.

I didn't receive my bill so i went into the store to pay. A lady helped me w/blonde hair; (she wasn't wearing a name tag) and while she was helping me pay my bill she kept speaking in Spanish to her co worker Armando. Since they were laughing it made feel like he was talking about me in Spanish i asked what's sooo funny? The lady snapped at me and said nothing and gave me my receipt. be kind; and professional wait until your break to tell jokes about your customers. switching to Verizon. read more

I would give this store a negative star, the sales representative helping me seem irritated when I asked him his name. He wasn't wearing a name badge. And was drinking Starbucks coffee as he demanded I check my balance from my own cell phone # bal# I told him it wasn't working I wanted to pay on my business account I have had well over 5 years he keep on rubbing his nose and sniffing his boogers no Kleenex or hand sanitizing from touch his nose that was running and touching my phone. We are still in a pandemic. I asked him Twice what his name was he finally told me Armando. Extremely unprofessional and argumentative and unclean. Please wash your hands Armando and wear your name badge. Or stay at home if your sick. read more

The guy who answered the phone told me that they can't tell me over the phone if I am an authorized user. Is this true? Mind you I told him my situation of my deceased mothers phone that just got stolen. I just needed a few quick on answers and was shut down very quickly. Seemed like their phone calls are not as important as their in store customers. read more

I called the store asked them if they are open and accepting customers walk in or I need appointment , the lady told no appointment needed you can walk in , I went after 10 minutes walking in the guy on the door didn't let me in he said we are closed he shut the door in my face while I'm explaining him I called before I come , he didn't want to listen to me , rudely said we closed he shut the door didn't let me talk , I'm for sorry t-Mobile to have employee rude like this one Never gonna go over there anymore I've been 6 years T-Mobile customer thinking to switch to AT&T or Verizon after this experience read more

I'm writing this cause I've been waiting here 15 minutes now and have yet to be greeted.. a simple hello sir we'll be with you in a minute goes a long way. I understand y'all are busy but two other customers already left since I came for not being acknowledged also. I came last night cause I want to upgrade, real simple transaction and profit for them. They were busy but at least they acknowledged me so after 15 I left and I have today off so I. Said I'll come in the morning. I still haven't been acknowledged and they've looked at me multiple times while they're clients are on the phone or doing something else... I even took a call during this review and still haven't been called on lol It sucks when companies are so big they really don't give a shit what we say... cause they're still making billions of us anyways. This place sucks, so does t-Mobile. These morning guys are trash and have no customer service experience what so ever. They just come collect a check and bounce. Don't give this place your business give it somewhere else... I highly recommend not to come here and the two stars they have before me explains exactly why this place is shit.... Also wanted to add ... I went to the T Mobile off Mt. Vernon by Walmart. Mercedes was very helpful and answered all my questions no problem... upgraded my phone and they mirrored everything for me was a breeze! read more

Called this store and asked if they could help me with my phone. From what I described, they said to bring it in and they would try to trouble shoot it. I arrived and waited about 10-15 min to be waited on. After barely looking at my phone they started the "you need to buy a better phone". I realize when you buy a phone now it's like buying a car, it loses value as soon as you leave the store. I still think a phone should last for 2 years at least though! He continued to try to sell me a phone, until I finally just left. Very poor customer service. They wouldnt even replace my screen that I paid to have replaced fir the lifetime of the phone. They said I had to call customer service, they would send me one and I could put it on myself. I love my tmobile service but the stores are the WORST! read more

This is a 3rd party store, so they don't really care much about their customers. Make sure to ask questions when purchasing a device since they won't completely inform you themselves. read more

Jesse the manager strictly should not have a manager position , I clearly asked to be helped by him due to a situation that occurred with another remember and was passed on to another team member and was not helped by the manager . I am a pregnant female that should not have a voice raised at and and he clearly did that in an unprofessional manner . How many more bad reviews does this store need in order to get trained to have professional customer care . And not to add I have clearly been waiting for a good 2 in a half hours . I walked out of this store not getting my problem resolved . read more

my first visit i went in and a guy named christian greeted me, i asked him a few questions and he made me feel like i was wasting his time and then asked for some info and was going to try and run my credit without explaining first the procedure so i declined, he definitely needs to work on his customer service skills. i decided to give the location another try and this time i worked with MANNY and he was the best, answered all my questions, explained all the features on my new phone i purchased with him and gave me the best service i've ever experienced while purchasing a phone. great guy, and awesome personality and attitude! thanks manny! read more
