Over the next several days, I kept checking in and was told things like "almost done," "it'll be unlocked today," and "bear with me." After waiting and making multiple trips back to the store, the phone was still carrier locked. Nathan (the owner) then tried to bait and switch me with another phone At that point, I decided not to move forward with the purchase and asked for my $50 deposit back. They agreed to refund me, but then it turned into days of "I'm waiting for Zelle to reset" and "I'll send it today." I kept following up, but it took almost an entire week and more effort than it should have. Avoid at all costs
