My experience at this location was overall great. I don't have any real complaints. The staff was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable and capable of answering questions. I didn't know that Verizon offers a hotspot box without a contract for $70 per month unlimited wifi for your home. That was pretty cool. My only advice would be to pay attention to which insurance coverage you are set up for. There are several options and the cost varies. As l low as $6.75 all the way up to almost $14 per device. I had to review my receipt and make that adjustment the next day. Which believe it or not made a tremendous difference in the bill. Also.set yourself up on automatic billing so you can save some money! Military also saves a bunch of money with Verizon as well. Right now the Military are offered $100 in accessories per line. My husband and I got the wireless chargers which are normally $70 each and cell phone cases.

Customer service is non existent at this location. I tried to explain that i was there for a phone…read morereturn after being instructed by corporate to do just that. The lower staff member, Jemarion, rather than trying to be helpful, told me that i was in fact scammed by TMobile and I'm out of luck. Yes he actually said those exact words. Turns out his manager told him it can't be done because they're franchised and not corporate but Jemarion took it upon himself to reword that message in the most unprofessional manner possible. After I explained that he was clueless, i got on the phone with TMobile customer support while at this underperforming location (store manager was tied up) and asked what the deal was. As i was being helped over the phone by someone in a completely different state, Jemarion decided to start scrolling TIK TOK. Wow. Just wow. The rep on the phone was just as confused as i was until the store manager Cesar was able to come over and clear up Jemarion's mess. Btw Cesar, next time i would advise you to have those difficult conversations with customers yourself instead of delegating those tasks to your worst employee. More times than not, junior staff do not possess the same people skills that you typically see in upper management. I had gone through a pretty sizable headache having to return this phone but none of that compares to the 5 minutes of being "helped" by Jemarion. I didn't have any issues with TMobile before today but i promise I'll never be back based on his lack of training alone. Customers aren't your bro, Jemarion. Have some self respect. This store needs a clean up. Do better TMobile

Hi Everyone, What do…read moreyou do when the minuscule engineer in your cell phone dies? Yes, after the funeral. You go to Batteries Plus to get you a new engineer (I don't know why they call the little guy battery, although he is charged up all the time) for a very reasonable price which is lower than Apple but the again, they're geniuses. Very polite and pleasant people to deal with in our experience. About twenty-five minutes to get done. Everything worked perfectly. We're happy and so is our new little engineer. Enjoy!

Update: I received a call from the store manager, he told me to bring my phone back in, had a…read morespecific person work on it to either correct the issues or work with me to handle it in another manner. He apologized for the inconvenience and the issues happening. I took my phone in 7/10/25, within an hour they called me back, everything is working normally again. Face ID is working, the camera is working, the lcd is not discolored. I greatly appreciate the care the store manager gave for correcting the issue. They changed my 1 star into a 5 star. I always read the bad the reviews. I want people to see this and go wow they really did take his bad experience and make it right. The had a 1 star and fixed the problems and provided great customer service. I brought my iPhone in for a battery replacement. I had no issues with the phone other than the battery not holding a charge. I didn't notice any problems immediately when I picked it up, but on my way home I realized Face ID wasn't working. I checked the settings and saw a message that Face ID was no longer available. I tried restarting and resetting everything, but had no luck. I also noticed discoloration on the screen. When I opened the camera, everything appeared hazy and foggy. I called the store and they told me to come back in the morning. When I arrived, they said they couldn't do anything and only offered a refund. I had paid cash, but they said they could only give a cash refund for $20 or less. My repair was $86, so their solution was to mail me a check. So now I have a damaged phone and I'm waiting for a check from the store that may never show up. Stay as far away from this place as you can. I took my phone in for a slight inconvenience and left with a major problem they can't -- and won't -- fix
