I called Woodard and Sons and told them I wanted a washing machine and told them a model I wanted that was $700. Mr. Marc Woodard talked me into a cheaper appliance and brought it that day and set everything up and ran some test and did not leave until everything was working 100% to his satisfaction. I could not be more pleased or happy about the experience I had with them. 10/10 recommend. Yall can have the big box stores but Ill stay with Woodard and Sons appliances. Who made a horrible day turn into a joyful learning experience and saved me a lot of money. I'm writing this 3 months later and the Ameka washing machine he talked me into has been the best washing machine i have ever owned and it is super simple to use.

They simply don't have access to highly qualified employees so you get what you get. The apathetic teenager or the disenfranchised retiree looking for something to keep them occupied. Customer service is non existent and if you insist on digging it up by running someone down you'll be disappointed. I watched two employees argue over whether or not the store made keys or if they could re key locks once you purchase them. At the customer service desk five feet away from them, I stood there for two solid minutes before the attendant even acknowledged me from the computer. I mentioned this interaction to the manager and they told me that I needed to be more assertive with the employees.... The best employee at the Hinesville Lowes is your app and google. So what do you do if you live here? You can't go to Home Depot unfortunately since it's miles away. I've found that you're better off to research before going in what you need and you can order through the app to limit employee interaction. Look it up on the app for this store and it will show you the aisle and bin number. This empowers the customer and this makes the store so much more pleasant. The employees are not there to help you. They're there to get the shelves stocked and get you out of the way as quickly as possible. You can't beat the prices. This is now what I call my favorite warehouse due to how easily I can get in and out using the app and online ordering. They do a jam up job to make sure I never have to step foot past the front door. And I respect that. If you want lumber though..... go to ACE.
