He said what are you looking for? all while holding his radio and taking orders from his masters. The whole experience is pretty outrageous. Pretty gross situation. I totally hate coming to the store. The store has a history of mistreating certain Customers. But I will be putting a word out this time.. how can they improve? The first step would be if they are going to profile people they should learn the types of things that can help identify someone who has criminal intentions versus a customer looking for marine epoxy. Which is going on colour is an ignorant and ineffective way to cut down on store crime. Mis perceiving people ethnicity is also a problem and there could be legal issues when it comes to the heavy-handed nature of their profiling.

So we went on line and this was the closest location that had the color in stock. Once we arrived we came to find out that the manufacturer renamed the color but the one they had would work to finish the project. After we checked out we learned that they have the most amazing artwork on their walls for sale. So the sales associate went into action to take them off the walls for us so we could purchase them. Needless to say the service here is literally out of this world as three associates assisted us to our vehicle. The pricing is also very reasonable. Their garden shop has a beautiful selection of flowers. As well as the clothing and shoes are great. Got the most comfortable slippers for $10. Our next visit they had a barbecue outside for charity. You pay at the register and we had the most delicious hamburgers and hotdog. Since it was Memorial Day weekend they were giving out small American Flags as well. What a wonderful experience. This is our favorite Ace Hardware the sales associates and inventory make this location exceptional. They have us as customers for life!

Home Depot incorrectly installed the wrong door 3 different times and each time required a 3-4 month wait. During the 3-4 month wait process there was ZERO communication. Our order was delayed and delayed and delayed and I constantly had to call to see what the latest updates were and why the door was delayed each time. The 1st time the door was installed, the workers did not check to ensure it was the right in-swing before starting. Because of that, my options were to board up my doorway in the middle of winter with ply wood (did they think this was a real option???) or let them install the wrong in-swing door and pretty much lose access to that door until the next one arrived. I don't care how much of a price discount you can get from Home Depot, do not come here unless you want the worst service you've ever experienced in your life.
