Andrew runs a great shop keeping up the family business. The only real choice in Savannah for knowledgeable locksmith work.

After being ignored and hung up on by "highly rated" shops, Mr. Bradley was TOP OF THE LINE. He could not have been more polite, efficient, prompt and helpful. A blessing. read more

They are the best after calling everyone.. Trust me they are nice and honest and i couldn't be more happy with the service. Thank you so much! read more

It helps to carry a deadbolt in for rekeying. Andrew Bradley rekeyed my Schlage deadbolt in ten minutes for what the kit cost on Amazon. I had called ahead and met him at the shop before the rush. Great experience all around. read more

By the time they replaced the key to my mailbox I had to have the mailbox repaired by them for a generous amount and it cost me more than it would've cost to buy an entire mailbox again. They admitted they really didn't know how to do mailbox keys and I even had the key blanks already. I still got charged a fortune for a a lock installed upside down and the mailbox coming off of its base. read more

I called at 8:52 am and by 9:01 am Andrew was at my house! I was not only locked out of my front door, but my back door as well ‍. He got me in and replaced our dud of a dead bolt in no time. Super friendly and quick service! 10 out of 10 recommend! read more

Andrew was very communicative and fast ! We could not be thankful enough for the great service and assistance.

Very cool inside. The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable with getting me a spare key made for my Jeep. Highly recommend.

Best locksmith in Savannah. they gave me special key to change the lock for baldwin key as they were backed up. said I could do it on my own. I was skeptical. It actually worked . they are so good read more

Bradley installed our interior dead bolt strike, but left before they were done, We thought they were finished and we were not pleased. Thankfully they showed back up two days later to finish the job. The final result was great. Very pleased. They made sure we were happy before they left. Will use again. read more

These guys rock for all your key and lock needs. Avoid the EZKey at the grocery store. Half the time they don't all work and these guys are super fast. read more

Great friendly service with very reasonable prices. I will definitely go back there for service. read more

Perfect! Fast service and good price! I called from the West Coast because my daughter needed a locksmith. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you. read more

Fast, very fast service he was there and less than 25 minutes, unlocked the car, got a senior discount and he was gone. Great price, Friendly & professional service! I will definitely use them again! read more

I can't recommend this place enough if you need a key made. I called around to quite a few different places to compare prices to make a copy of my car key with a chip and to have it programmed. Bradley's was the least expensive. They have an awesome store that gives off a historic vibe but everyone there start to finish was very kind and helpful. 100% recommend. read more

They showed up without the needed materials to do the job. Wanted me to runout and purchase the locks. A waste of my time I had to contact someone else. read more

Talk about old school. If you have an old (or new lock) that needs a duplicate key this is the place to go. From a recent experience an older lock had trouble with duplicates made from modern equipment whereas the handcrafted result here worked perfectly. You would expect the opposite and this might even be true for modern locks but go here and get anything you need at a super fair price as well. read more

I foolishly locked myself out. They showed up within 15 minutes were efficient and professional. Great business.

This place is key museum. There are keys everywhere. In the floor, on the shelves, nailed to a header, and even on the floor. I needed a specialty key and they were not able to cut it but they will very soon. The man inside is an old black man and the lady at the desk has been here for a really long time. She told me that they have been there for 134 years and they don't plan on going anywhere. The place has an old bell inside for what I have no idea. There's even a carousel donald duck that has to be as old as me. The place is really something to see. You should really go and get some keys made just to hang out and look around. read more

Very nice, good service. Good price, was very happy with them - they changed locks on my house.

This place, I don't think I can say good enough things about. I didn't have cash and my total was less than $10 so the owner just trusted me and said here are your keys come back when you can pay cash.. You tell me what other business trusts customers like this anymore in this day and age. Bradley Lock and Key Shop has my business from now on for sure. read more

Wow, what amazon service!! Heard about these guys from an middle-aged Uber driver who had his ignition spoil on him at least 3 times. First of all, I called on a Monday and the younger Bradley came on a Tuesday (yes, 2nd generation, at least). He had the cheapest price (1/4 of the dealer and 70% of some others). He kept his promise without me needing to check where he was around the time expected. When I tried the ignition, it was smooth as butter (same words I used him when I texted him days later to say what an amazing job he had done). Thoroughly happy with the job and totally recommend these folks. Oh, people who give a 1/2 star ratings because of stupidity like outdated hours are juvenile. Please ignore those. read more

Really friendly and SUPER accommodating team at Bradley. Thank you for being so kind and going above and beyond when I got locked out. I'll be a customer for life! read more

Great local locksmith shop. They sharpen knives too. Small, interesting little place. They are honest and knowledgeable and have can make keys that the big-box retailers can't. I have never had to return a key to them. I absolutely love this place. read more

this is vanishing America, and certainly the vanishing South in a town that is becoming hip and more upscale by the minute. if you are a tourist just go here to get a key made, it will cost you a buck and it is a freaking museum in there. And if you move there, well, it will take care of your needs and give you a good intro into Savannah, or what it used to be like anyway. No one needs J Crew or Anthroplogie or whatever mass produced crap they have added to downtown. read more

This place was awesome, I needed to get a spare key made for a pet sitter, walked in, gave the owner a dollar and I had a spare key in my hand within 1 minute. And there's tons to look at while you're there. Don't waste your time and money going to Home Depot or Walmart, the experience here is more meaningful and historic. read more

Holy moly! This was the fastest key copy service I've ever seen. I was in that shop for a total of 5 minutes, the actual service only taking what felt like 30 seconds. Worth the short wait and the shop itself is pretty cool to just take a gander at! read more

I can't help but laugh at the clueless yankees complaining about customer service at Bradley's. Here are a few tips from someone whose family has lived in Savannah since the 1700s. Bradley's is a Savannah institution. They have been in business for well over 100 years. They were there before you were, and they aren't in any way swayed by threats to take your business elsewhere. In fact if you are the sort of person who thinks that they can alter the behavior at Bradley's by saying such things, they would prefer that you leave. Those of us who are a part of Savannah know the Bradley's. We know stories about the family and about the shop. The real Savannah is a small town, it is simply being covered up by a bunch unwanted tourists, unwanted transplant residents, and a bunch of carpetbaggers intent on fleecing the tourists. The simple fact that we are a polite people seems to have confused many of you. Our good manners are not intended to convey that we want you to stay. We expect you to reciprocate by having the good manners to leave, and not to come back any time soon. But I digress... At Bradley's they wait on you in their own sweet time. (They're probably swamped with silly tourists wanting $1 key duplications) If you are in a hurry, you should have the good sense to schedule your trip to Bradley's when you are not in a hurry. If you are patient and polite they will solve pretty much any problem you could ever have regarding locks. When I was a kid I was sometimes sent on an errand to Bradley's from my father's place of business downtown (now another tourist trap). It was an intimidating but fascinating destination. While I preferred going to Photocraft, White's Hardware, or even Savannah Blueprint, I got used to the dour ladies at Bradley's and came to enjoy looking over many decades of collected locksmith junk. If you can't slow down to the pace of an earlier day, if you think you should be catered to, that you are important, that your needs are urgent, don't go to Bradley's. On the other hand, if you are a person who recognizes that one day you will leave this world, and none of this "important stuff" will matter, that you are just one of 100+ years worth of customers, and that they will eventually take care of your needs, then you should go there and enjoy the experience for what it is. Just remember, the stuff they tell you on the tours is frequently incorrect, often outright fiction. That what they have done to out downtown is a travesty which has displaced us from an important aspect of life in Savannah, and the only ones wishing you would move to Savannah are real estate agents and property developers. Also, please keep in mind that those cemeteries you think are some sort of attractive exhibit are the places where our loved ones are buried, and where we go to grieve, commune, and remember. Have some respect, please. We live here, and aren't members of the Disneyland staff, on display for your viewing pleasure. Take in the azaleas and the great food, listen to the tour patter with a very large grain of salt, and please, when you get back home, tell everyone you hated it and they should never go to Savannah, Enjoy your $1 souvenir key. read more

Bradley consistently provides superior service. I've been using them exclusively for years. The office is a timeless gem! read more

Fabulous customer service. Andrew is very Professional and a pleasure to work with. Not only that the shop it's self looks like a museum. Worth a stop just to walk into the shop! They are amazing in their ability to even match skeleton keys for antique pieces. read more

Super company. Not only are they the best at any kind of lock repair, replacement, etc. they are so nice! I highly recommend Bradley Lock.

I called Bradley's last Friday afternoon for lock services. I was told the locksmith would call me Tuesday morning when he was on the way. This didn't happen. I waited until Wednesday afternoon and finally called Bradley's. I was told I would get a call back in a few minutes. It is now late Friday and still have not been called. I cannot recommend this company unless you want someone who over promises and under delivers. In the mean time I hired another locksmith who kept his promises. read more

So I just moved to the downtown area. And needed to get keys made for my knew apt and was told about this place from the outside it looked old which fits the savannah style but then I walked in and this rude women asked what I needed. I told her it needed 3 keys made and needed to make sure they were identifiable cause they all were for different doors. She was like ya ya ok didn't have a concern. Some man came and took the keys while we waited the women at the desk sat in her chair in a dress with her legs wide open!! With the meanest, rudest body language ever! So I go to pay her and hand her a debit card and she says oh we can't take that unless you spend over 10 dollars. I said there ain't no sign that says this she asks another women if we have a sign and she points to a sign smaller then a post it behind be unseen by the naked eye. The First Lady then makes a comment "I dunno I didn't put the sign up I was in the Bahamas!"with ignorance I said well I don't have cash on me so I guess I'll have to give them back or come right back she said just give them here if you don't have money! Very ignorantly! So I gave them back and said I'm going to need to see her dispose of the keys since they are to my house! She said we don't dispose of them we just keep them! I said no they need melted or thrown away some worker chimes in and says just throw them under a table somewhere who cares!! Mr Bradley comes over he's gotta be at least 80! The to women clearly seem to run him and what he does he tries to be nice to me and says I can just come back with the amount the women over talk him and say no no she ain't got no money!! Excuse me, I have plenty of money but live in the 21st century and carry little cash on me especially in a city and tourist area! I honestly feel bad for the older gentlemen because clearly these too women run his shit, and probably steal behind his back. I won't buy no key there completely rude and disrespectful. I have also reported to the better business bureau as well. read more
