He never attempted to adjust the faulty door. Ignoring my request to adjust the door, he simply sprayed WD-40 all over the place, then left. The integrity part is the best. I wish I could find a contractor with integrity that did what he/she promised, in the timeframe promised, and most importantly the right way.
