He never attempted to adjust the faulty door. Ignoring my request to adjust the door, he simply sprayed WD-40 all over the place, then left. To make things worse, all of the items near the garaged doors were covered with oil (some ruined), as were the garage floor tiles - which are now stained. My door was not fixed, and the owner of this company refuses to accept resonsibility.

They broke a window and damaged the window screens. They installed the hardware on the cabinetry incorrectly and didn't line up the handles on the 3-drawer cabinets. Again, the painting and spackling was poor quality. When issues were raised they were argumentative and on several instances blamed us indicating we didn't tell them these items needed to be done. I had to go through quotes, texts and emails and point to each item that was discussed. The potential final bill included duplicate charges for the same work and charges for items that were never discussed or agreed up.
