I removed the battery (9volt) and the positive end had soldered itself to the connection pad, and had made it unusable, and would have to be replaced.. (I thought). He explained what brand of locks we needed based on what locks were already in the doors. He also suggested that we could save money by purchasing the locks and hardware ourselves and then having him install them. He also explained by line item what the individual and total charge would be so there wouldn't be any surprises.
