He explained what brand of locks we needed based on what locks were already in the doors. He also suggested that we could save money by purchasing the locks and hardware ourselves and then having him install them. He also explained by line item what the individual and total charge would be so there wouldn't be any surprises. We set up an appointment for today, and Kevin kept me apprised throughout the morning as to what his schedule was and when he would be arriving. Once at our house, Kevin completed the work in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend Kevin and Precision Entry.
