The focus was rekeying all the locks of a recently purchased home. He listened attentively to my needs. He then clearly explained his services, his intentions and the pros or cons to what i wanted accomplished. He was thorough, detailed and precise in all his efforts. Further, he went well beyond what I anticipated, and got all of my locks (and doors) working properly. Could not have been more pleased with the results. The service call was 65 usd with an additional amount (as expected) for a number of locks that were not covered by new home warranty. Further, Seth provided advice and guidance on upgrades to consider based on my expressed needs. He took the time after hrs to forward recommendations and links for my consideration. Where to begin? Seth is fantastic! My mother lives in Bluffton and had another repair person out and completely removed a door handle from a door. She called me, 800 miles away, after the fact. I made an after hours call to Seth, we set up an appointment for the next morning and he kept in touch every step along the way. He solved the problem, checked for an additional problem on another door, and his bill count not be beat. My 78 year old mother spent 10 minutes talking about what a great job he did and how friend he was. I accidentally locked myself out of my bedroom, I took apart the doorknob (not knowing what I was doing). Seth attempted to walk me through the process over the phone, but it turns out that I'm not great with taking directions. So, he was able to come over within 30 minutes of our phone call, had the door opened in seconds & put the knobs back on for me too!
