Our automobiles feel much smoother when driving, we feel more comfortable as our glide ride supports us, and keeps us, and everyone around us safe. Our new tires, last much longer, if we exercise the efficiency side of our brains, and get an alignment every 6000 miles. We get to feel good about doing the right thing helping to extend the life of our automobiles especially in our area when the distances may be short, or long depending upon our wants or needs. We don't have to fret about the weather because "we got our shit together!" Yea, one for the good guys. But where to go to get this marvelous feeling? All Pro Tire Pros (The shop that is so professional, they had to list it twice in their name, lol. There has got to be a reason, but why, I have no idea, so ask as you'll have about 45 minutes waiting for you alignment to be done), were they provided you excellent work at a reasonable price. Justin did a great job as I watched him work the phone, calling customers back with a happy and pheasant demeanor letting one know, they can get the part they needed, another, after first calling the mechanic he was going to recommend to them to confirm he wanted the job, that while All Pro Tire Pros could not help them, Justin could recommended a mechanic and a solution, that would handle the problem for them, and finally, sadly another customer that they could not help but recommended the "dreaded" dealer (not mine of course, I'm ok, lol) as their only option. I got to experience GREAT customer service, live and in color! Yea, it's always the little things that mean so much to many of us. You want service? Instead of dealing with a call center in India, or the Philippines where an English speaking name is used to mask their identity so they can tell you "no", over and over again. Yea, it's like that! Then take your ride to All Pro Tire Pros in Bluffton for tires, an alignment, or just about any other mechanical issue your transportation poses because then can feel the satisfaction, and enjoyment of feeling like a valued customer. Now, you just can't get that everywhere! Take a minute, and think about that next communication with that out of country call center representative. Now you can smile, and feel good that you don't live in that country. Enjoy, you'll live longer!

Bait and switch. I shopped online for tires that would fit…read moremy car. Online it said there were "entry" level tires for $68 each...but didn't tell me what brand. I added the $25/tire installation and computer alignment, but I was only directed to schedule an installation not make a payment. I scheduled the install for just 2 tires (since the Bluffton store didn't have all 4) and when I got there, the very nice employees at the service desk let me know that the price for the cheapest tire they have at the store was $125 each. One of them mentioned that this was an issue with another customer recently. Why is the website saying there are $68 tires if there aren't?

With a simple fix as this that made sense. 2.5hrs later I finally got my tire plugged. To have to wait this long with an appointment is ridiculous. Do not recommend! While I appreciate the apology from the owner and I do not want to be mean but the "hollow" response of let us know more about the experience is just marketing. The fact is I clearly stated what the issue was and honoring appointments was the solve...what more do you need to know. The other fact is your business has 3.0 stars indicating consistent issues. You need to focus on understanding root causes of failures in your business not just worrying about responding to reviews. You responding does not solve the issues in your business. Again, I hate being harsh but there are issues you need to solve.

Beachside Tire and Auto saved our HHI vacation!…read more I just found a pen from Beachside Tire and Auto and recall the great service we got there one summer. We traveled from Missouri to enjoy a family vacation on the beach in Hilton Head Island, one of our favorite getaways. On the 2-day drive there, my Avalanche was making a wheezing noise that could be heard when I accelerated. The last thing you want is car trouble when you're on vacation! We made it to Hilton Head Island on Saturday and I looked in the phone book for someone who could fix a car. The dealerships were all closed and somehow I found an ad for Beachside Auto and Tire. I took it by and they were very accommodating, even giving me a loaner car... A red Volkswagen bug named Herbie... without signing a single piece of paper I recall. They said go and enjoy your vacation and they would give me a call when it's ready. A bad U joint. Later that day I got a call. It was fixed for an extremely reasonable sum of money and the loaner car was just part of the deal. I just found a pen from Beachside Tire and Auto in a drawer and thought I would post this review. Thank you for saving our vacation! I still remember how great you guys were!

They called me back and said that if I buy just the tires I would have to pay with cash. Another Goodyear location verified with me that this is not Goodyear policy and that I should contact Goodyear corporate. Buyer beware using this store. Will purchase Goodyear tires but never at this Bluffton location. They are a bunch of clowns

Made an appointment to have my 2018 Toyota Camry repair a shutter grill malfunction (that's what…read morethe engine display said in plain English . The appointment was made 10 days in advance. I dropped the vehicle off at 845 in AM . I was told someone would get back to in couple hours with a repair estimate. After no contact all day I went back to the shop at 515 pm only to find out that nothing was done .. supposedly they read the code on the handheld diagnostic tool around 4pm only to find out what the car displayed on the dash screen I was told that it was a busy day and appointments were no priority.. The establishment charged me 150 for doing nothing but reading my car dash screen.. did not even open the hood to see if debris may have been trapped on the grill When I left the location my vehicle seem to be in the place I left it except but now buried behind other vehicles Pathetic service , attitude and totally unprofessional

At Costco, we know we can count on high-quality merchandise, excellent products and services, competitive prices, outstanding value, a clean and well-maintained store, exceptional customer service, and a helpful, friendly staff. Costco has earned its reputation as a reliable and well-run company. By comparison, the Sam's Club in Bluffton doesn't come close. In our experience, Costco operates in an entirely different league. While warehouse clubs all compete for the same customers, Costco consistently sets the standard. If you've ever wondered whether Costco truly deserves its reputation, visit the Sam's Club in Bluffton once. On your next trip to Costco, you'll likely feel as though you've entered retail nirvana. There wasn't a single aspect of our visit to the Bluffton Sam's Club that made us want to return. In fact, we couldn't leave the store quickly enough. Come to think of it, even shopping at most Walmart stores is a significantly better experience than shopping at the Sam's Club in Bluffton.
