Quite a predicament to be in! I was appreciative of Billy Reid, the owner of Coastal Lock & Safe, responding in a timely manner to quickly unlock the camper door without any harm done. He lives locally and is not farmed out by some company in Chicago or elsewhere to respond. The first three companies I called operate in this fashion. They responded by telling me they would have a technician in the area contact me. Three did and all seemed sketchy and very difficult to understand. They also could not assure me they would not simply drill the lock out. I'm glad I passed on them and found Billy Reid of Coastal Lock and Safe.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever witnessed. We called him this morning to talk about…read moregetting a key cut for the car. We lost the key, so the situation is already stressful. On the phone he was thoroughly disrespectful and acted like the whole thing was an extreme inconvenience to him. In the end, we called someone else to do the job instead and called back to cancel.
