My key fob wouldn't work. I thought it was the fob itself, but I couldn't get anyone to take me to a shop to change the battery or charge it. A technician from Titan Lock and Key arrived on time, was friendly, and did everything in his power to get me back in my vehicle. After some checking it was discovered that my car battery died. The technician was kind and tried to give me a jump. I knew that he had other calls and told him I'd be ok. I wish I had gotten his name. He was so professional and personable. Answering service hung up on me, then the locksmith reached out and my pictures are the screenshots of how that conversation went. They were excellent. I hired another company to come, and they canceled due to medical issue, which is understandable, but I needed somebody right away. When I called Titan, he told me he had someone available and was at our house in less than 30 minutes. Instead of trying to take advantage of people like other local companies they came out and made a key for a reasonable price ($225 less than the other companies) and got it done in about 5 minutes. There are a few companies in the Tri-County area that are designated as mobile locksmiths, however none more professional than Titan Lock and Key. They arrived quickly and as promised. Performed the work that was needed in lightning fast time. The locksmith even had a jumpbox to jump my dead battery. I do not believe that quality, professionalism, or customer satisfaction should be cheap. You get what you pay for!! However, Titan Lock and Key were cheaper than the company that did not show up. I have a Nissan Rogue, and it requires an intelligent key. I pretty sure my toddler ran off with my key. So Nissan wanted around300 for the key, 100+ for labor .. (said it would take 3 hours) not to mention I would have had to tow my car there for them to program the key. Easily $600... titan had no issue coming to my house less than an hour after calling him ON A FRIDAY.... in less than 20 minutes he was complete and it cost a third of what Nissan was asking. Absolutely terrible service I will never recommend this company to anyone! The owner Mike himself was the one to make the key and put a new ignition switch in my expedition and broke the Steering column cover and the Steering wheel tilt which was completely fine before he touched it. I can't even drive my truck safely bc the Steering wheel drops down and hits my knees.. My parents recently bought a new house, and we needed to get the locks redone for security reasons. I shopped around, and not only did Titan respond to my messages late at night, he was extremely flexible with working around my schedule to make an appointment. Titans quote was also much cheaper than the rest, but I was not only looking for a good price, but a good response time to my request as well as friendly and trusted service. Titan fit the bill across the board. He had the three doors all synced with one key within about 45 minutes. I also inquired about having my car key redone, because I haven't been able to use the buttons on it in almost two years. He quoted me a price that is much less than the dealership, and when the time is right, will meet me at my location, laser cut the key, reprogram the buttons, and have me up and running quickly and efficiently. I was trying to help my boyfriend with a key extraction from his truck door. His key broke off and couldn't obviously start his car without it. He had it towed to a dealership thinking that would be the best option and they were absolutely no help after the truck sat in their parking lot for 3 days. I called a locksmith and they referred me to Mike at Titan Lock and Key. He was so helpful and understanding, because I had no idea what I was talking about. He called me back a minute later and said he was sending someone out in 45 minutes, which was completely unexpected. I thought I would have to make an appointment and possibly wait at least 24 hours for them to come out. 45 minutes later on the dot, he showed up, called me and had the key extracted and a new key made before we even got to the parking lot.
