I tried using East Cooper Locksmith (closer to me) and was told by a young lady that the technician suggested I break the case. I like the case (a Nobl Amazon-type case), and finding an exact match wouldn't be easy. My goal was to preserve it. Mike suggested I try Steve's. He told me they were in Summerlin. I don't mind driving. Mike, from automotive service, said John did some amazing work while he was in service. I looked him up on the interwebs, left a message. 5 minutes later, give-or-take, he calls back. I explain to him my dilemma. He let me know he's in Ladson, and I told him I'm in the Mount P. I had the case in the car and was on my way to East Cooper when I detoured to get the car washed because I was told East Cooper couldn't do it. John asked if I could meet him at the Asian Marketplace on the River. I said ABSOLUTELY! He said he couldn't guarantee anything, and I was happy to take my chance. We exchanged different vehicle makes and models. He said he'd be there in about 30 minutes. Away I went. I get there shortly after he pulls in. I pop the trunk, and he looks at it.
