This very kind polite gentleman from POP-A-LOCK OF CHARLESTON SC called back and said he could be here in 10 minutes or less ... did just that. I had a "smart" door knob and they are supposedly tamper proof and difficult to pick ... but he worked diligently in the heat for almost 45 minutes trying to unlock the door knob ... and finally was able to open it.
