Long story but let's just say there was immediate need to get in the house!!! (No, it's not what you think). Called Seth Green, the owner who said he could be there within 45 minutes. And he was! He started his magic right away and resolved the issue by drilling out a lock, replacing with a new cylinder keyed to existing key, and cleaned up the mess. It was a pleasure to talk with him as he worked. Such a nice, honest, and fair guy! For an emergency call on a Sunday I was expecting a very high price. I was shocked how reasonable he was. As he mentioned, it's his business, been doing it for a while, and likes to treat people fairly. I think he does just that. His card is in my stack of preferred vendors. My wife & I just bought a house, so of course we wanted to get the locks rekeyed. Even more so, a…read morecouple of the doors only had push-button locks on the doorknobs rather than more secure deadbolt locks. I called Precision Entry last Friday and spoke with Kevin. He explained what brand of locks we needed based on what locks were already in the doors. He also suggested that we could save money by purchasing the locks and hardware ourselves and then having him install them. He also explained by line item what the individual and total charge would be so there wouldn't be any surprises.
