Going into DTFO to me, I guess, was like when my husband goes into a shoe store with me LOL. DTFO is located in the Tanger Outlets in Pooler, in front of the Famous Footwear and the cornhole games (installed by the mall). The store seems pretty new. They must have opened during the pandemic? To be honest, we haven't been to Tanger Outlets very often during this past year due to COVID. - Service - There was one guy working and he was really nice. He made sure everyone was greeted, while cashing customers out. He asked me if I was waiting for "him" as he looked in my husband's direction. What gave that away? My standing by the door and posture? Haha. - The Goods - There is a lot of merchandise in the store, but they've done a great job of organizing and stacking the boxes as neatly as is possible with bulky and irregular sized items. The brands you will find the most in this store is Ryobi and Rigid. Visually, you'll see mostly fluorescent yellow (Ryobi) and orange (Rigid) colors. I saw other brands like Homelite, Powerfit and Powerstroke (no idea what these other brands are, just noting my observations). From what my husband told me, the prices are pretty good. There is one item in particular that he noticed was about $40 cheaper as compared to the big box hardware stores. And believe me, my man does his research so I would take his word for it. The guy told us that the same parent company that owns Ryobi and Rigid owns DTFO, so that is why they are able to slash the prices so low. - Additional Notes - *They offer a military discount with presentation of valid ID. *Return policy - no refunds. Exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. - COVID Observations - *The employee was wearing a mask. *Painter's tape has been taped to the floor by the cash area 6 ft away to serve as a guide for social distancing. There were also many large boxed products at the ends of aisles. This made traversing the store very difficult with our car. Hopefully this isn't a common occurrence since it was really convenient they were open on a holiday. There were a lot of employees available to help and check out was very fast. Overall a good visit and I'd have no problem returning to this location.

I used this for light duty, tire pressure inflation chores at home about 6 (six) times. Then this compressor just stopped building air pressure, suddenly without any warning. Motor inside still runs; just no air pressure. Came to discover that internal plumbing joints are breaking apart and poorly made parts are failing. Unbelievably shoddy and cheap construction. HFT is good for a low cost wrench and hammer. Do NOT buy anything more sophisticated. To make matters worse, employee in the store laughed at stupidity of customer for buying this compressor product without "extended warr" - they know customer will soon be sorry for trusting HFT.

I had to ask several passing employees and customer service people several times, in which they did page the person and they just didn't show. Then finally a woman comes to help, I am not sure if she was on lunch or what but you would think paint is pretty popular why isn't more than one person available to assist. The person never apologized, there was no sign saying be right back or anything. It wasn't just myself waiting it was multiple people. This is horrible when you have limited options in the area for things like this. I have noticed similar issues when it came to getting keys made here.

So we went on line and this was the closest location that had the color in stock. Once we arrived we came to find out that the manufacturer renamed the color but the one they had would work to finish the project. After we checked out we learned that they have the most amazing artwork on their walls for sale. So the sales associate went into action to take them off the walls for us so we could purchase them. Needless to say the service here is literally out of this world as three associates assisted us to our vehicle. The pricing is also very reasonable. Their garden shop has a beautiful selection of flowers. As well as the clothing and shoes are great. Got the most comfortable slippers for $10. Our next visit they had a barbecue outside for charity. You pay at the register and we had the most delicious hamburgers and hotdog. Since it was Memorial Day weekend they were giving out small American Flags as well. What a wonderful experience. This is our favorite Ace Hardware the sales associates and inventory make this location exceptional. They have us as customers for life!
