This is my go to Lowes and generally I have no issues, but recently I needed paint and waited almost an hour for someone to assist. It was in the evening around 8, but before I went to the store I confirmed they don't close until 10. I had to ask several passing employees and customer service people several times, in which they did page the person and they just didn't show. Then finally a woman comes to help, I am not sure if she was on lunch or what but you would think paint is pretty popular why isn't more than one person available to assist. The person never apologized, there was no sign saying be right back or anything. It wasn't just myself waiting it was multiple people. This is horrible when you have limited options in the area for things like this. I have noticed similar issues when it came to getting keys made here. read more

I placed an order on June 14, 2026, and eight days later, I still had not received the item. What has been even more frustrating than the delay itself is the complete lack of assistance and accountability from your customer service team. Rather than helping resolve the issue, I was met with repeated refusals to provide a reasonable solution, including refusing to cancel an order that had not been delivered. As a customer, I find it unacceptable to be expected to continue waiting indefinitely for an order while being denied the ability to cancel it and receive a refund. Delays can happen, but the way your company responds to these delays reflects your commitment to your customers, and my experience has shown a serious lack of care, communication, and willingness to help. I have been a customer who expected better from a company with Lowe's reputation. This experience has been frustrating, inconvenient, and has caused me to lose confidence in your customer service. I hope that Lowe's takes steps to improve how customer concerns are handled so other customers do not experience the same level of frustration and disregard. read more

The customer care in this store is horrible. I called three times in an attempt to get an answer regarding a range that was being replaced in my home. The original range was defective and they were replacing it. On average the phone rang 20 times before being picked up. The first time the representative said the person who could help me wasn't there an hung up on me. Never asked if I wanted to speak to a manager or take my name and number. The second time, again after around 20 rings, the representative picked up the phone and transferred me. Then it rang another 20 times and someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. The third time, some put me on hold immediately, then transferred me and then again after about 25 rings someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I timed the third attempt and I was on the phone around 9 minutes only to be hung up on. Next, Lowe's corporate office insisted I pay hauling charges ($50) to remove the defective range they sold me. I had a manufacturer's warranty but not a Lowe's warranty, so they charged me to haul away something they were profiting on. Home Depot and Ace here I come! read more

I was excited to go someplace other than Home Depot and now I regret that decision. Lowe's was easy in and out, contrary to Home Depot. We had positive thoughts going in but that quickly diminished when we tried to look up the location of items online. This is a big place and small items were difficult to locate, even more so when the location listed online is not the same as in the store. The sheet rock tape was in the correct aisle but the bay listed didn't exist. Then the scissor jack....way off (see pictures). All of this would have been better if just one employee asked if we needed help. Nope. When I did see an employee he was snagged up quickly by another customer. Then we leave and notice there's not a lot of room to put our cart back. The cart stalls are all full. All of the stalls. Lowe's, please. Get it together. We love the location but don't make it so difficult for us they we are forced to go back to Home Depot. read more

I was in the store earlier today to make a couple of purchases, one of them being some ventilated closet shelving. It took me at least five minutes to find an associate that could help; I told him what I needed and he left to find someone to help me. While I was waiting for him to return with another associate, I came across another associate. I asked her for her help, telling her that I needed 20-inch shelving cut into three pieces, each 39-inches in length. As she was preparing to start my order, the first associate returned (about 10 minutes after I'd spoke with him), without anyone with him and said that he thought I needed someone in cabinets - I was very clear when I said closet shelving. At this point I've been in the store for probably 15-20 minutes and she still hadn't made a single cut. It took her at least 30 minutes to cut the three pieces, which she leaned against my cart rather than putting it in the cart (I'm clearly elderly). I then had to ask her for the remaining piece, as the three pieces came from a 12-foot length and I would have been charged for the entire 12-foot length); when she gave me that piece it had wire sticking out in several places. I put the items in my cart and left the aisle; I stopped at another location and measured the cut pieces (I had a tape measure with me) and found that each of the three pieces was a different length. Two were about 38 inches, and would not have worked for what I needed. I spoke to Monet, who was identified as a manager and explained the issue. She did offer to have shelving cut to my parameters, but, by that time, I was not in the mood to wait any longer as I had been in the store close to an hour. Our go to store for all our hardware needs. They have a great variety of items ranging for gardening, to lighting, to painting and more ! We got our Window shades updated a couple of years back and last year, we got our carpet changed in the bedroom. We were very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of service and continue to go to Lowe's . We did get the Lowe's credit card and that gives us a 5% discount on every purchase and 10% off on any services. Another plus : dogs are allowed as long as they are on a leash in the store ! read more

Don't order online and expect to receive it. Ordered a fire pit on March 8. I had six delivery dates from their third party Need It Now (yeah, right). Delivery dates March 16,29,30 April 4,13,18 All six delivery dates were a no show, no update, no communication. Couldn't get a refund because they can't locate the item. After waiting over a month, Lowes said they can refund but will take 21 business days. No compensation, no discount on the one they have in stock. Nothing but an "I'm sorry." read more

I have been a loyal customer for years. But I'm done. Nobody answers the phone. When they do, they put you on hold forever, I have waited just to see . . . One day I called from home, in Richmond Hill, drove to the Lowes in Pooler, still holding, walked into the department I was holding for, and the lady I was looking for was sitting there on the computer. Unbelievable. There are not enough employees at the store. It used to be they were everywhere, and you couldn't shop in peace. Now I look around for someone, and even stand in the main aisle, turning in a circle, looking for someone, and there is NO ONE IN SIGHT!!! Unbelievable. Right now, as I write, I am on hold with the corporate office, for 18 minutes, and no one is picking up. This incompetence goes all the way up the chain. read more

Had them come out to measure my microwave for a replacement with trim kit. Ordered items in May for delivery in June. Delayed, delayed and delayed again. Install day end of July (finally!) and they informed me the trim kit didn't fit during the install...could I manage with my existing trim kit and this microwave... do I have a choice if I want an actual microwave this year? Called for a refund to the trim kit (not even the $35 I spent having someone come out to measure so they could order the wrong stuff), they were going to look into it. No returned call. Spent 58 minutes and counting on the phone today and still haven't spoken to a person. 7 call attempts and hung up on during transfer or while on hold. Completely unacceptable (and this doesn't cover what we went through to get updates on the ever-delayed microwave and trim kit!). Try any other store but don't recommend this one. read more

When this store first opened they were amazing. They were so helpful and still are depending on when you go there and if they're busy. The problem comes in with ordering anything or having something installed. You cannot get anyone on the phone when you call. They cancelled my kitchen appliance order and didn't bother to tell me. I have ordered a new front door that cost well over $4,000.00 and after two months they finally called me back two weeks ago and said they would install it today but it is almost noon and no one has called to verify that they are coming. I finally got someone on the phone for installations and they can't get ahold of whoever is installing it to verify that they will be here today. In other words customer service is severely lacking and I am losing patience! read more

They really should let you give zero stores as one star is generous. After spending upwards of $5000 personally and $1000s more with my contractor, the service received was HORRENDOUS! After my stove that I paid for was sold to a random customer , instead of delivered to me ! I received NO call NO communication NOTHING. I spent every day on the phone for FOUR days trying to get help. Finally went in the store , and now would have to wait A MONTH to get another one (from the warehouse TWO HRS away?!) This Lowe's is a large store with plenty of helpful employees to offer assistance with whatever sort of project you have to complete. They have a nice selection on lawn mowers; grills and fire pits. Also at Christmas time I love to get their decorations. They have pool supplies, appliances, they make keys... gosh you just have to stop by! They also offer a military discount. If you get a "My Lowes" card they will even track your purchases. This helps with matching paint or fittings... Happy shoppping read more

LOWES. Ugh. The 2 employees that I saw during my whole visit were extremely rude to me. One couldn't tell me where the screwdrivers were located and the other one was too busy picking his nose. Yuck. The rest of the employees must have been playing customer Pac-Man since the place was empty. It took over 20 minutes to find someone to check me out. By that time someone noticed me, I decided to just put the screwdriver down and walked out. I will not return, and I suggest all of you reading this don't return, as well. read more

I live in guyton ga (about 45 minutes from this lowes) and I have two other stores that are closer and I still make it a point to come to this lowes. It's organized, the people are helpful, and the employees here seem to pride themselves on the fact that they work at this location. Things are laid out well, and it's an overall great store. Easy access, easy parking, convenient location, etc. the people have always been very accommodating to me while I was shopping for appliances, staying a little past close some nights to get all my orders taken care of. I would personally suggest this blowed over the other ones, but that's just me. I think the other lowes stores are good too, but this one to me inches out ahead. Maybe it's management, idk. Either way, check this one out if you frequent a different one and see what you think. (Even the worst lowes blows Home Depot out of the water) read more

This Lowe's is ok. The product selection is as good as any other store, and the hours are the same, but the main problem is the lack of knowledgeable workers. There are some employees there that are very helpful and knowledgeable, but sometimes it's hard to find anybody. Almost every time I shop customer service is terrible. The employees do not treat customers well . I had a problem with Greg in tool department telling me to stop and take a deep breath . You can predict my reaction when I said look I am a customer you should not speak to me that way. Your company has failed to be responsive or take corrective actions with my complaints. I started the process of having Lowe's remodel my kitchen in January. I was "supposed" to have a project manager who made meek attempts to help me. Then as the kitchen was being finished I was told your plumber, the plumber who quoted the job wouldn't do the job because it was outside his scope, on the day of install. I called in a private plumber only to be told that my brand new countertops were not installed level. After a week of calling and begging for assistance the countertops finally showed up at 3:45 pm after being told it was going to be a morning appointment. When they arrived they had to take off nearly half the countertops only to find out the kitchen sink, installed by a Lowe's installer was not level. I have tried to talk with project managers and management only to be sent to voicemail and not have calls returned. I would warn customers looking to spend upward of 20k on a kitchen your money is best spent elsewhere unless you want subpar work and zero customer service. If what you want is subpar service and poor customer service the. By all means Lowe's has your covered! read more

I often decide to randomly garden on will and Lowes is always there. I entered the garden area and had some questions regarding flowers that would compliment my yard. The man was phenomenal at helping me pick flowers that would stay alive. Overall great service in the Garden section, but the paint however had me waiting for over 10 minutes for an attendant to service me. I went to Lowe's to get my flooring done. I wanted my master bedroom in laminate and my master bath in tile. There was so much confusion with the guy who was putting together the order of the installation. I paid separate for all the materials. He had me come back to the store another day to pay for labor. He had be come back another day to refund it all and re-ring it up. And, still there was an issue. Even when I went to the store one time to mitigate the issue, the folks trying to fix the whole issue and make a final installation order were so confused and frustrated. They said they'd fix it and call me the next day. They never did. I went back again and the store manager, Roger, tried to fix the whole thing (once again). He promised huge discounts on the materials and labor due to my troubles I've had with them. He finally said, the total for everything will be $1200 after these discounts.... The original quote I received before any of these issues was $1200 including everything. I'm not sure if he was lying or if this quote/installation was messed up from the very beginning. I finally called the next day to cancel the installation and get refunds. They said I had to come in to pick up the refund. I received about $300 cash back for this and $98 on my debit card... Never once did I pay for any of this in cash. It was absolutely unacceptable that they wouldn't give me a refund on my card! This store is so unprofessional, the non-managerial employees who helped me were over worked and under trained (one of them claimed that they had worked 3 hours off the clock one day because they were short handed but weren't allowed overtime). This place is absolutely unreal. And, the managers I met, Roger and Kramer, are barely holding this place down. They truly do not care. read more

My husband and I go to Lowe's all the time in Pooler and today we needed glass cut and there was a Spanish lady working that department by the name of "NEXI" she was the rudest person I've ever met in there after so many years of going there. We asked her to cut glass for us and she didn't won't to because we didn't have the measurements. We proceeded to get the measurements and she ran off from helping us. I am Spanish and I feel as if she had a problem being that we are the same race. Maybe that wasn't the point but there are people that look down on their own race and I feel like that was part of the issue. My husband asked her if she was having a bad day and she got angry for him asking her that and told him to stop asking a stupid question. Well we got help by a guy by the name of "Dewey" he was so nice and it was pleasant working with him. I'm giving him a 5star and I would have to give NEXI and -1star!! 20 Jul '18 7pmish. Will never darken the door of this place again. First, I needed one foot cut off of a 4x4 and after waiting half an hour found out the 4x4 did not fit the saw. The guy running the saw was busy with another customer and I didn't mind waiting because I needed it. Second, I decided to buy a hand saw and asked a lady standing around the area of tools where the hand saws were, she said, "hand saw?", and she did not move to find out or help us in the least. Third, I needed an item that online said the store had 18 in stock, there was 0 on the shelf. Fourth, I go to check out and wanted my military discount (yes I'm registered on mylowes.com/military). The checkout girl took my number four times then finally said that the system crashed earlier and military discount wasn't working but that I could come back within 30 days and receive my discount. I'm like ok...you can't give me my 10%, $28.30, now but anytime within the next 30 days you can? What world is this? Then a "lady" came by and said in a nasty tone, "what's the problem?". Scary! Like the twilight zone y'all. I told her there was no problem, I paid, and left. The entire experience in this store was weird. Like I was a bother to everyone in the store. Went in to the Lowe's on Pooler Parkway on Saturday August 4th to pay for an install of ceiling fan walked away with the order (contract); got a call on Monday that it wasn't paid for but it looked like it on the order, well they never ran the card...couldn't take the card number over the phone so back to the store we went. We called on Wednesday and they had just turned the order over to the installer...Friday rolls around and still no call from the installer to schedule. Now we are into to week #2 and the following Saturday the installer shows up with a step stool to install a ceiling fan for a 12ft ceiling. I guess actually reading the order is not required we had to borrow a ladder from a neighbor. Don't workers show up with what they need to do the job that you are paying for? Well they also scratched the ceiling and screwed up the install. We stopped this from continuing because obviously Lowes sent someone to our new home who was unqualified to install a ceiling fan. The only reason we didn't do it ourselves was because of the height to begin with. If you use any contractors that Lowes uses ask specific questions about the contractors and if they are insured and qualified; might want to ask for other references before allowing these people to come to your home too. Our experience was a complete loss of time and money. read more
