When I walked in the door, Nicole greeted my mother and I with a smile and a lovely greeting which made the visit even better because it's those little things that leave a large impression on the way I spend my time, energy and money. Nicole made me feel welcomed and like she was interested in my business. I told her about an old wooden table I had used in my classroom and now school office spaces that someone had painted orange a long time ago. The table is highly functional and I didn't care about the color because it was in excellent condition and it was cheap. But now, that old orange paint leaves pieces of itself every time I move the table to another school, school district, classroom or storage unit and today I have had enough...Well, at least the other day on day I visited Sherwin-Williams. Nicole asked me what I was doing and made a couple of recommendations and suggestions. She knew exactly what I would need in order to get the best out of the project. She went out to get the color I wanted and when it was time to ring my purchase, she realized I did not have an account. She quickly entered my information and BINGO!!!! His Price conscious and wants to find the best deal and I just want something that goes with the theme of what I'm remodeling at the time. I have shopped here on two separate occasion. The first was when I was replacing all the floors in my house and we ended up finding a dark espresso wood floor. We were greeted upon arrival and offered assistance multiple times throughout our visit. Most likely they were checking to make sure we weren't going to kill each other. Since we tend to bicker with each other like an old married couple. Lol The second time was recently when I was remodeling my kitchen. We came in for backsplash.... We were greeted again and we reached out to a few different sales clerks on help and prices. My dad from Greece and refuses to purchase anything from Turkey which limited our selection a lot. **insert annoyed eyes** - Location: This store is located off of Victory Drive behind the ihop and Xfinity store and across from Whole Foods. It doesn't have a lot of parking like Lowe's or Home Depot and is quite cramped if ihop is busy. Plus, the spaces are narrow and doesn't give you a lot of space for loading. - Building/Store: Its basically a large warehouse with flooring around the outer left and back walls, backsplash is to the right and along the wall and they have a small clearance selection by the restrooms. And in the middle is a mix of porcelain, glass and marble tiles. It's clean and open. - Service: The staff were helpful and actually seemed to enjoy their job and were happy to be there. Which is always a plus. They were also patient with us while we ended up trying to decide what we needed. - Merchandise: Even if we weren't being picky about where the tile was imported from. They don't have an large selection of different types of tile to pick from. There was more porcelain and ceramic then marble and granite which is what we were looking for. They are also SUPER limited on what they offer for Granite countertops which is why we ended up getting for our tops somewhere else and for cheaper. Overall: It's a decent location if you are looking for a good deal for doing a simple job.

5-15-24 Afternoon…read more Came specifically to Pottery Barn to buy a lightweight bed cover. Either a quilt or blanket to match the Duvet cover and shams we already have from Pottery Barn. Being it was my first time to this location I was pleasantly surprised by the free parking for customers behind the store. That alone warrants them an extra star. Once inside surprised by the concrete flooring they looked like they were under renovation but who do I ask? I get to work to see where the bedding is and a couple displays to inspire me. I chose the quilt in a king size in a floral stitch flax color. I go to the register that had no customers and asked the sales associate for the item in the size needed. She checked in the back and was gone a long time I figure I got a 50/50 chance they will have it. Pleasantly surprised I was brought one still in its plastic wrapped up. I was than rung up on the register. No sale unfortunately but they haven't had any sales in a while. Just thankful I got what I needed. Definitely needed to see in person the stitching detail which you can't really see online. Not the color of my etoile shams will go with it. Definitely will return again for all my future needs.

A few gentlemen were outside whom welcomed us in. For this to be a large warehouse, they didn't really have alot of options available. The options were decent, but nothing I was looking for or comparable to the website. I think it could use some work on the outside and with the inventory and that might help get more customers in, as it was very empty. Kile and his wife Meagan were so great - knowledgeable about every product, materials, care suggestions, styling, etc. Their selection and showroom is very large. lots of styles and options to choose from. and even more so when choosing fabrics for cushions and pillows if part of your selection. there pricing is fair - not too expensive and assuredly worth every penny. they back up any purchase and will come out to fix anything if need be. they delivered the base furniture within just a couple days and even provided 'loaner cushions' and tables while they were making mine. most everything there is done on site at that location, not sent out to malaysia or china to be made and received 6-8 weeks later. this was a huge factor for us as we are on the island for the summer and desired to enjoy our new furniture as quickly as possible. She asked me to send a photo of the table. They replaced the coffee table! I was looking for something off my beaten path to do with my daughter who is an incredible artist - I discovered their offering of a workshop/class for two hours on a Friday night to paint chickadees. Painting and drawing has been a challenge for me but this place seemed approachable and friendly. Suzy greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Shawn was the teacher and I really got a lot out of the class. The instructions were very clear and the supplies were explained and plentiful. Participants who wanted additional guidance received it and everyone's creative needs for the project seemed to get met. This was a great experience - very affordable and non judge mental approach to painting. I had a lot of fun and learned how to change my approach to painting because of this workshop. My daughter who is a very courageous painter with a lot of experience enjoyed the class and was inspired. I didn't complete my painting - but that's ok! Everyone else in the class did - there's enough time to finish your work I'm just slow...took my painting with me with my leftover paints in a bag Suzy gave me to finish back home. Hope I can make it back there for another workshop or maybe even their daytime offerings. This place is worth checking out!
