There were two clerks, a female and male. I recognized the female's voice from an earlier phone call. Clearly the woman was the front/greet person and she never said a word to me. I find it odd that after waiting five minutes she referred to me in the third person when she asked, Ashley, her male colleague if he wanted to assist me. He said he would be with me shortly as he was mixing up a batch of paints. Ashley took my order and patiently explained my options. If my experience was based soley on Ashley, it would be five stars. He was able to multi-task, stay cordial, and promptly get my order prepared. At home my Duration paint matched perfectly even after a few years since the last coat. They have over 100 stores in the U.S. according to one of the employees. The employees were all helpful and friendly, and quick to offer assistance. They seem to have done a nice paint match for my wallpaper, but that's to be determined once the trim is painted. The female sales rep explained how the high gloss paint will reflect light and perhaps cause it to look a smidge lighter in color. Then she attempted to charge me for two gallons of Benjamin Moore high gloss paint @ approximately $130.00 total when I was only purchasing 2 quarts of paint for my guest bathroom trim. I was a great customer of the former business. I hope this type of mistake won't happen again.

If you need a professional paint store with quality products, with people who really know their…read moreproduct and are master paint matchers, Spectrum is the place. A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of using Parkside Painters for a painting project in my home, and they did an excellent, thorough and thoughtful job. I was impressed at their mixer's ability to match a challenging, deep purple-brown in my master bedroom and master bath that had been on the wall about 8 years, as well as an historic red that had been in our foyer for 2 years. So we needed the faded versions, not the originals. Their matches were perfect, so I asked for their paint company contact, since I have small touch-ups around the house that they would be great for, and they recommended I contact Spectrum. So glad I did. If you need more expertise than the 20-something kid in the big box store has to offer or recommend paint solutions, go to Spectrum. They handle Benjamin Moore Paints. They are friendly, highly knowledgeable and on the ball. Go.

I had this brand of pots before. Greatly quality and made in France. I chose a beautiful Marine Blue to go with my kitchen. They have a beautiful selection of all things Le Creuset. Definitely will be back as the staff here are so nice and helpful. The prices are the lowest anywhere for this brand.

The sales person stated, after I indicated I didn't feel confident in setting it up, that when I got home I could follow directions and set it up myself. She tossed it into a bag and that was that. I ended up going to the other ATT store on Mall Blvd for help. Once there, Christina completely set my phone up, taking the SIM card from my old phone and putting it in the new, etc. No way I would known to do that! Plus I bought phone accessories from her while there...too bad the Victory store didn't even suggest products. Zero sales competence. How they are still open is baffling.

Jared..... Where to…read morebegin..... First off, I have a history of bad experiences with the company in general, however there are limited places that also do on-site repairs. My bad history begain in 2009 in South Portland, ME and I am still dealing with issues from that same experience. We brought my wife's custom wedding ring in to have it sized and cleaned. When we went to pick it back up, there was significant perocity observed where they sized the ring and it looked very dirty. We were told that they were going to fix the issue from the sizing and that they would dip the white gold portions in rhodium to make it shine again. One week later, we go to pick the ring up, and the same perocity is there, but now it is worse. The entire piece now looked like tarnished silver. After much discussion and us pointing out the new issues by holding the ring against pictures of what we brought in, they finally acknowledged that the perocity would not improve and that they dipped the ring into a bad batch of rhodium!! At this point, the ring was sent out to their corporate shop to attempt to recover the piece...... with no luck. The store manager then refused to deal with us anymore and said that the district manager would be in contact. After 2 months of back and forth with the district manager, it was decided that Jared would replace the ring with something of equivalent value from their store. My wife and I returned to the store where we were greeted by the assistant manager (as the manager still refused to deal with us). We walked the store looking for something similar, which was not to be found. We were shown an enhancer that would not match the original band that was destroyed or my wife's engagment ring. The assistant manager offered to move the head off of the original engagement ring to a new ring and that would be included so that my wife would have a matched set. We agreed to this. One week later, we returned and picked uo her new set and we assumed that our issues were done.... they were not. The first time we noticed an issue, we went into a different Jared for their complimentary inspection and cleaning and we could not be located in their computer system. We were denied the inspection and cleaning due to this even though they verified that the pieces themselves came from Jared. Fast forward to our 10 year wedding anniversary and I decided to upgrade the diamond on the engagment ring from a cluster to a solid stone. We had the work done in Texas where we lived at the time at a local jeweler and it came out stunning. One year later and my wife got the head of the ring caught and it pulled off of the ring. I decided to bring it into the local Savannah Jared as her family was visiting the next week so we wanted a quick turnaround. Once again, what a mistake.... I was quoted $73.99 and a 2 hour turnaround. I agreed to this and authorized the work to be performed. Around half an hour from when the ring was to be ready, I receive a phone call and am told that they cannot perform the work (that they originally quoted while looking at the ring in the repair shop) and instead of re-soldering the head back on, I would need to purchase an entirely new setting from them (for $150 plus the $73.99 fee) for the stone to be re-attached. I did not authorize the work and said that I would be right back up. Within 15 minutes I was walking back through the door at Jared and I went to the repair center. I spoke to a pleasant servive associate from the retail side and explained that I would like a further expanation as to why the work could not be performed. She stated that the manager that had called (just 15 minutes before) was gone for the day. I asked if I could speak to anyone else regarding why the work could not be performed as quoted and was told that no, I could only speak to him. At this point, the poor associate is trying to upsell me with a "trade in" of the original ring. The issue with this is that the original location never entered it into the POS, so a "trade in" is not possible. I would be on the hook for the entire amount versus the discounted rate for giving them the original replacement. Long story short, I have now vowed to NEVER purchase anything again from Jared and will tell this full story to anyone that I can.
