Here is why-I was looking for a blazer type coat. I tried one on when I walked into the store. Wasn't sure about the color. My daughter walked over to the 'regular' side and grabbed the same jacked. It was a XXL and I had tried on a 2XL . The 2xl fit better thru my bust area . Plus size cut is slightly fuller. I decided to get the 2xl. But here's the issue... The XXL was $21.98 plus 20% off( so $17.58). The 2xl was not clearance ...not on sale at all and was $44! Same season code and everything. I pointed out the discrepancy to the employees and they said they couldn't match it ( very politely) With coupons and military discount , I got it for $30 but still... So I contacted customer service to see why this would happen. He basically told me that the extra material for plus size made it cost more . I realize the plus size is $5 regularly but to not even be on sale when the other is clearances is wrong. I won't be shopping at a store that 'caters' to plus size but discriminates in pricing.

All items in the clearance section were appropriately labeled and pricing was clearly marked. No questions necessary. One of the employees offered me a dressing room to try on clothes and the dressing room carried the same clean and spacious theme as the front of the store. Loft carries reliable clothing that is durable and long lasting. Overall the store deserves a B. The store is spacious and clean, the store isn't cluttered so items are displayed for the ease of the customers shopping experience, clothing is durable and fashionable, clothing can be worn at work or on the weekends, and the sales are great.
