I went home and had no service for 3 days. Even when I spoke with the second tier of support service at t-mobile, they said that there is negligible or no coverage at my property address regardless of what they promised me at the retail store. So I returned to T-Mobile the brand new pixel 10 Pro XL I had purchased with my top tier of T-Mobile phone service aand they still insisted on charging me a $70 restocking fee despite the fact that I met all return criteria, the phone was like brand new still had the box and everything that came with it. According to their return policy it says they may, not they will, charge restocking fee so obviously it was at their discretion and certainly not in the interest of best business practice they went ahead and charged me one anyway. I never got an apology, they never acted sorry, and I will never ever buy anything from T-Mobile again. I do not recommend to anyone a store that lies as a store policy and couldn't care less about the customer and their experience. I'm a 66 year old retired computer professional and I do understand how phones work. I guess they just assumed I was stupid. Please don't give this company your business, they won't do anything to earn it and they don't deserve it after the sale.

When the colleague arrived around 10:15, she proceeded in the back and was of no help (perhaps finishing breakfast). Another customer came in and was helped right away by the team who "giggled" and laughed at his antics the entire time. After being there for 20 minutes, I called the T-Mobile customer service line myself and asked if their was anything they could do. The late colleague finally decided that it was time to half help because I was on the phone with headquarters. When the in store rep started to assist, I made the mistake of ending the call with headquarters. In the end -- they couldn't help, claiming my mother's account was registered to someone else. Now it was 10:34 am, I refused to have my mother endure this any longer given her discomfort and their obvious unprofessionalism and lack of training. We left. I went in the car called headquarters again and they told me the information provided to me was absolutely false. . They were able to help and I proceeded to go to the T-Mobile store 2-3 doors down to pick up a new phone. I would not recommend this store to anyone !!!!! Complete waste of time.

Hargray internet, cable and phone service. What's to like? Absolutely nothing, nothing at all! We have been Hargray bundle subscribers for more than ten years. Ten very, very long years. Almost without fail, Hargray's internet, cable and or phone service fails at least once weekly. Hargray's service technicians are sympathetic and seemingly professional. They do the very best they can with the junk peripherals and abysmal infrastructure they have to work with. We have had numerous cable routers replaced. Television cable boxes exchanged by the dozens and have been repeatedly told to document the land line phone calls we don't receive by time of day, and number calling. How we are to do that has yet to be explained. We have contacted the Federal Communications Commission, only to have our concerns studiously ignored by Hargray. We have written to the editor of our local newspaper to no avail and spoken with supervisory technical employees adnauseam. Yet Hargray gleefully collects our monthly payment of $326.00 without comment. One might begin to assume customers and their satisfaction is of no concern whatsoever. Hargray is, unfortunately, the best internet, cable and land line phone service locally available. We can only imagine the angst endured by subscribers of the other providers. I went from Comcast to Hargray. From bad to worse. I had billing errors that took several calls and emails to get resolved. I even got a phantom charge for equipment that I never asked for or received! The equipment showed up on my account after I blocked their marketing department's telephone numbers due to their constant calls and voice messages to upgrade to their "free equipment. " Free means freely billing me for equipment that I did not want or order. This reminds me of the bank that opened up accounts for their customers without their knowledge. Add insult to injury, I got billed a penalty charge when I did not return this phantom equipment to Hargray when I terminated my service! Yet more telephone calls, emails and even a trip to their customer "service" center. This looks like a civil action waiting to happen. Oh yeah, I kept the flim flam voice messages. Don't make the same mistake that I made. Stay away from Hargray. read more

This company is laughable! Their customer service reps are USELESS. If you're moving to Pooler Ga in the near future get ready for terrible service with any aspect from this company. Hargray's cable TV is one step ahead of drawing on a cave wall. Every service they offer is just as well over priced as it is unreliable. If you do have a service issue be ready to be bounced around 3 or 4 times and at least a 30 min call wait. Every service call will take them a week to get your problem resolved. I had a tech out here yesterday for 3 hours and now my internet service is worse then before he came. And yep you guest it, now I have to wait 7 more days to get them back out here. Every customer in Pooler Ga can't wait for their non-compete clause to run out. Then hopefully we can get a better internet provider that is more then one step ahead of a carrier pigeon. I've had her great communications at lake oconee in eatonton Georgia now for about 10 years. They are the most ridiculous most expensive company I have ever seen in my life. Where most companies get 150 to $200 for a bundle service these people charge nearly $400 a month. It is ridiculous it is a rip off and the reason they do it in that area is because they're a monopoly they're the only ones there and they can do it and get away with it. Another company has come in and took over the area and hargray is mad and will not release phone numbers to the other company unless you go through a bunch of hoops. I will give them a basic "OK." Their service is decent, yet overpriced, but I am talking as a local business owner, with a different perspective than most. They also provide bad payment slips attached to their billing statements--these slips are not even perforated on the bend where they are folded. I did speak to one of their CSRs at one point (I believe her name was Emily) about a different issue and she began the conversation with Hola. I did not press a different language button. Crooks. They know their internet service is god awful so they buy out apartment complexes so no one can say no or get a GOOD internet service provider. I've called and had techs over who can only shrug at why their internet is so bad. I didn't have a choice moving to where I did and I can't even change providers... This company should be out of business but because they're crooks, they can just buy a complex deal and still get paid. It's 2021 and to have SUCH bad internet should be a thing of the past. Only reason we have hargray is beacuse it's our apartment complex's only option. It's pure garbage. Don't ever but the 1000mbps plan, we've never gotten above 200. The internet cuts out every other day in the middle of very important things such as online homework, or even smaller things like gaming. But it's infuriating. It's terrible. My internet at home is only 50mbps max, but it's still more reliable because it doesn't cut out every other day. Trying to switch to something else as soon as possible. read more

We've called several times to fix the issue with the Internet constantly dropping to lower speeds and after coming out it continues to drop multiple times a day and stay there until we reset the eero system. Hargray has seen fit to charge yet another price hike, while not adding any additional features or services. Meanwhile they continue to be in clear violation of both the Sherman Antitrust Act and the Clayton Act regarding illegal monopolies.
