That said,…read moreComcast has cancelled the phone number to the local office, they have all calls routed to a call center not in the United States and with no access to what's occurring in my location. Essentially unless I want to remotely restart my router or order/expand my service this call center accomplishes nothing. The local office has no idea when service will be restored. She did however write my address on a legal pad and circle it multiple times. Because the cable box is in my front yard I have assured the service center that no one has been in my area to fix the issue. The service center assured me they must have sent someone to my location however no clue when or what time they sent anyone. They only know my service is out and it was probably while I was sleeping. The hurricane is an excuse for service to be out however it is not an excuse to have no plan and lousy customer service. SCE&G hired contractors and got 200,000 people's power restored in 3 days. When I called I got a local person with a timeline of what was happening and any obstacles to getting my power back on. Pay attention Comcast because you're failing. Oh and I still have no service and no one has any clue when I may see any service and I can't seem to schedule an appointment either. I think I'll call and ask for new service install see if that gets anyone out here?!?

    Tried T-Mobile for 3 days after making them show me in the retail store that my property was…read moresquarely in their highest tier of 5G plus service before my purchase, and they assured me I was. I went home and had no service for 3 days. Even when I spoke with the second tier of support service at t-mobile, they said that there is negligible or no coverage at my property address regardless of what they promised me at the retail store. So I returned to T-Mobile the brand new pixel 10 Pro XL I had purchased with my top tier of T-Mobile phone service aand they still insisted on charging me a $70 restocking fee despite the fact that I met all return criteria, the phone was like brand new still had the box and everything that came with it. According to their return policy it says they may, not they will, charge restocking fee so obviously it was at their discretion and certainly not in the interest of best business practice they went ahead and charged me one anyway. I never got an apology, they never acted sorry, and I will never ever buy anything from T-Mobile again. I do not recommend to anyone a store that lies as a store policy and couldn't care less about the customer and their experience. I'm a 66 year old retired computer professional and I do understand how phones work. I guess they just assumed I was stupid. Please don't give this company your business, they won't do anything to earn it and they don't deserve it after the sale.

My mother was with me for authorization purposes. During my visit, the customer service was absolutely appalling. The first two reps didn't have enough knowledge to help me with my issue and instead of calling headquarters to get assistance, decided it was appropriate to have me wait until their colleague who was late arrived. When the colleague arrived around 10:15, she proceeded in the back and was of no help (perhaps finishing breakfast). Another customer came in and was helped right away by the team who "giggled" and laughed at his antics the entire time. After being there for 20 minutes, I called the T-Mobile customer service line myself and asked if their was anything they could do. The late colleague finally decided that it was time to half help because I was on the phone with headquarters. When the in store rep started to assist, I made the mistake of ending the call with headquarters. In the end -- they couldn't help, claiming my mother's account was registered to someone else. Now it was 10:34 am, I refused to have my mother endure this any longer given her discomfort and their obvious unprofessionalism and lack of training. We left. I went in the car called headquarters again and they told me the information provided to me was absolutely false. . They were able to help and I proceeded to go to the T-Mobile store 2-3 doors down to pick up a new phone. I would not recommend this store to anyone !!!!! Complete waste of time.
