Only some of that is true. First tip---- be careful when parking. It's best to park directly across from the storefront. Be cautious if you park on the side of the building. Depending on the time, it can be very dangerous when exiting as traffic comes from both sides. We had some difficulty with the shopping carts which require a quarter to access. I added the quarter, but the cart wouldn't release. It put up quite a fight, but I finally won. Inside the store there were many items brought out in bulk and many still in boxes. There were several items I thought were much lower and even somewhat unique to the other supermarkets. Fruits, vegetables and bakery items were very reasonable. One of the items we were looking for was Fairlife Chocolate Milk. Unfortunately they don't carry that item. They did have great prices on cheese and some prepared foods.

That is my preference, others may like it all warm. As I was leaving I decided to take with me the carrot ball's rolled in coconut flakes and the oat/chocolate/bar. Now that bar was yummy... very filling. I also like the carrot balls, although I would prefer unsweetened coconut flakes... more natural and no processed sugar in it.
