The vendors were a good variety for a market of this size, including several fresh vegetables and local rice, but also baked goods and some of the sort of prepared food that you'd be more inclined to eat on the spot. Prices were high, as one might expect. But I don't think that anyone inclined to shop here would not find something distinctive and local to be worth paying money for.
