10-3-24 5pm…read more Thankfully I was already a T-Mobile customer before my interaction with this location or I would not be. It all started I saw a commercial IPhone 16 Pro is "on us". So I call this location and the girl on the phone told me I had to come in. I figured she must be extremely busy with this special. When I arrive at this store I find three associates hanging out and not one customer anywhere. So since it was two boys and one girl I told the only girl I spoke to you on the phone. She asked for my phone number. Next wanted to see my license. Then without permission she makes a copy of it on her tablet front and back. That is when I grew suspicious like what is she doing with my license? She goes in the back and comes back with another girl. This one tries to sit in a chair and ends up in the floor. Everyone's laughing but me. I asked the guys aren't you going to help her up? They ignore me as I obviously was disturbing their party. She than asks my age I said you should have that since your colleague has a copy of my license. I tell her my age, than she says oh you look younger. I am going to get you a deal. Drum roll you can pay a different plan that is over $100. For one line a month. I tell them I can go to anywhere else goodbye. Currently I have two lines for $62. a month. If I didn't know better the regular employees are tied up in the back and these clowns are robbing the place how else can you explain why they couldn't give me the special that was advertised. Why would four people be supposedly be working with zero customers? How do they make payroll when the Dollar Tree next store is closed because they have customers but no help. No worries I am not worried that they have my address and will now rob me. I live in a gated community so good luck with that!
