I ended up going to the other ATT store on Mall Blvd for help. Once there, Christina completely set my phone up, taking the SIM card from my old phone and putting it in the new, etc. No way I would known to do that! Joe, on the other hand, was glad to try several possible solutions and willing to try more if those didn't work. Eventually it was Comcast who had to fix it. They said their server couldn't recognize the address as legitimate because it contained a hyphen. I just want to thank Joe and Verizon for being so friendly and willing to help, especially when it wasn't really Verizon's problem.

Was glad I did not have to search for a location and drive elsewhere. I walked in and stated my iPhone needed new battery. I had no knowledge of any off-market battery available for iPhones so would never have had a thought to ask, and was not informed of that upon requesting service and absolutely no indication of that. Unknown to me, and w/o any info provided, I assumed a 'new' Apple battery was placed in my phone. I paid and left. I received a message on phone from Apple the second I plugged it in for charging..."non Apple battery". I called Apple support to inquire, and they informed me of their policy and would not repair or even "touch an iPhone with an aftermarket battery", and they suggested I return it because it can and does causes problems. As I used it that evening, it was obvious something was not right in the performance of phone. I noticed the warranty limit on receipt, so after calling the next day, had an appointment set up two days later when a 'skilled person' would be there to swap it out. I was told it had to be ordered. Another trip back in...all "convenience" already void...supposed new Apple battery was installed. I inquired why I was not informed or given a choice about Apple battery at first visit. The very nice employee told me that "THERE USED TO BE A SIGN ON THE COUNTER...I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO IT." Immediately that evening i knew something wasn't right...battery ran very, very low w/minimal use! I tried charging it several nights, I always start charge before retiring and is completely charged in the a.m.. It charged, but again started losing charge right away and lost all charge by evening. I am not a frequent phone user all day at all. I have found no e-mail address to get my message in over the weekend, and there is no also voicemail available to leave a message. I will try when store opens at 10:00 and so hopefully won't have to make TWO MORE trips! I ended up paying $160.00 for an Apple battery that is faulty and does not work. Have never had this happen. Pretty bad and extremely inconvenient and time-consuming. Just the facts. I will update review.

We were quickly greeted by Donald who was able to looked up what we needed and provide cost that was over $100 less than the other estimates. Make it even better, this cost included them changing out the battery for us! I couldn't start my car Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026 and realized my Interstate battery was 5 years 2…read moremonths old and needed to be replaced. I called six places and due to the holiday weekend, five of them were short staffed or did not have a battery for my Mazda6 in stock. Interstate Battery in Rincon, Georgia (28 miles away) was the only place who had the battery I needed and Jimmy said he could install it if I got there by 11:30 a.m. as they close at 12 p.m. on Saturdays. I was able to get a jump and called Jimmy to tell him I would be there at 11:07 a.m. He was waiting for me when I got there. He had the same new Interstate MT-35 battery and installed it in about 20 minutes. I was very happy! With the warranty, Interstate will replace it free if it dies in 2 years and then replacement is pro-rated until 5 years. Thank you Jimmy and thank you Interstate for making a reliable top rated battery that will hopefully last me another 5 years and was cheaper than your competitors!! I've been using Interstate batteries in my cars for 33 years and have never had any problems with them.
