He ran the diagnostic, but couldn't find an issue. As I was leaving the store, I cut on the phone and noticed the phone was now damaged with lines going down the screen. I turned to inform the manager who told me "That can happen when doing the diagnostic. It's stated on the waiver you signed." I told him I didn't sign a waiver, but a receipt. He then showed it listed in the fine print of the receipt. I'm livid. He was so dismissive and admitted that he didn't tell me that could happen. If so, I wouldn't have agreed to the diagnostic.
