    About a week after getting my new Ram 1500, I started making arrangements to get the bed Linexed,…read moregetting a tonneau cover and running boards. Unfortunately I came to Eastern to get my running boards. I came in and decided on what I wanted, the lady took my info and said she wanted to go out and look at the truck. We went back in and I paid the required 50% down. I made the appointment to have installation done on Monday, She stated the the part would be in Thursday and she would call me to confirm that they had come in. I never got a call. My appointment was for 10:00 Monday morning, I had to call to be sure the parts were there as it takes me 30 minutes to get there. I'm there for 45 minutes and then told that they were sent the wrong brackets, they could have the right ones by the next day, the next time I could come in was Thursday, so we set it up for 10:00. I did get a call that they did come in. When I get there a bit early, I'm told to pull the truck in the install bay, when I get out I asked so we got everything and are ready to go? I'm told yes, that the installer had already put the brackets together. Then I'm told that the problem was, they had ordered running boards for the Ram 1500 Classic, not my truck. After about 1 1/2 hours, the lady I originally bought from says, he'll be done in about 5 minutes, do you want to settle up on the paper work? I told her I would like to go out and look at it before I paid, and I'd like a discount, she laughed at me, I said I'm serious, for the inconvenience, she looks at me and says sir you told me it was a classic, at this I am hot. I go look at the truck, it looks good and I go back inside, at this time she's talking to the other lady and says he wants a discount. I'm a bit loud she asks me to not be, I said, you accused me of telling you something I never said, then she says, I must have gotten you confused with another guy who has a classic. No way I believe that. They go into the back room to discuss it. The installer comes in to give me some paperwork from the box, and I hold out tip money for him, he looks at me and asks are you sure, I said yes, I appreciate you. The lady comes back out and says, all we can offer you is $40, I just lay my credit card down, sign and walking out I say, I won't be getting my tonneau cover from you. The installer is the only reason it's not one star.

    Hi Everyone, What do…read moreyou do when the minuscule engineer in your cell phone dies? Yes, after the funeral. You go to Batteries Plus to get you a new engineer (I don't know why they call the little guy battery, although he is charged up all the time) for a very reasonable price which is lower than Apple but the again, they're geniuses. Very polite and pleasant people to deal with in our experience. About twenty-five minutes to get done. Everything worked perfectly. We're happy and so is our new little engineer. Enjoy!

He apologized for the inconvenience and the issues happening. I took my phone in 7/10/25, within an hour they called me back, everything is working normally again. Face ID is working, the camera is working, the lcd is not discolored. I greatly appreciate the care the store manager gave for correcting the issue. They changed my 1 star into a 5 star. I always read the bad the reviews. I want people to see this and go wow they really did take his bad experience and make it right. The had a 1 star and fixed the problems and provided great customer service. I brought my iPhone in for a battery replacement. I had no issues with the phone other than the battery not holding a charge. I didn't notice any problems immediately when I picked it up, but on my way home I realized Face ID wasn't working. I checked the settings and saw a message that Face ID was no longer available. I tried restarting and resetting everything, but had no luck. I also noticed discoloration on the screen. When I opened the camera, everything appeared hazy and foggy. I called the store and they told me to come back in the morning. When I arrived, they said they couldn't do anything and only offered a refund. I had paid cash, but they said they could only give a cash refund for $20 or less. My repair was $86, so their solution was to mail me a check. So now I have a damaged phone and I'm waiting for a check from the store that may never show up. Stay as far away from this place as you can. I took my phone in for a slight inconvenience and left with a major problem they can't -- and won't -- fix
