    Staff are rude, didn't even verify my information before picking up a case, just walked out with it. Poor customer skills.

I was told my new phone would be $800 and I could add on a watch for free with added $10 service for the watch. I agreed. All of my payments were being debited from my account and I am partially to blame for not paying better attention to this sooner. I noticed I was being charged $850 for the phone. No big deal. What's an extra $50. Then I noticed I was being charged for the price of the watch. I really didn't even use the watch either. This is where I had a problem. I went to talk to them about it and they politely told me there was nothing they could do for me. I did not qualify for the free watch and too much time had passed. I have an issue with being told the wrong information by an employee. Maybe he should know the correct specials. I decided to drop T-Mobile and go with Verizon where I got a better deal. I am still sad about leaving TMobile but I'm saving money with Verizon. They paid off my old phone and gave me a brand new phone for switching. I also get a discount on my internet for having both services. It made sense. I've had only good experiences with Verizon. Customer service has been excellent. I am not happy I had to leave T-Mobile. Please make sure your employees know what they are talking about T-Mobile. I have become more diligent on my end as well. Lesson learned.

The assistant manager told me about the trade in program and that I could get $380 bill credit for the new phone. The manager was very nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunalty they did not have any in stock, But they did order the phone and it only took about one week to get. Super deal and great customer service. I have had T-Mobile for over 6 years and love the service. I highly recommend this T-mobile dealer and T-Mobile service.

I just recently purchased a Jabra Talk 25 Bluetooth device here. My go-to guy without a doubt is Shane Hibbs! Shane listens to one's questions and concerns. He clarifies any points that need it. Shane takes action to resolve the problem or render the requested service. Shane is never a part of any problem, in my experience, but he is definitely part of every solution. Shane superbly represents the Wireless Zone, and they are fortunate to have him in their employ. I too am fortunate have him as my wireless consultant of choice. One of the things Shane did that was exceptionally helpful, is that he introduced me to and installed a device called - Hum. This apparatus monitors the engine of one's car and alerts one to any problems. It also gives one information one the cheapest gas in one's vicinity and discounts on food, shopping, auto-related items. Finally, it alerts one to events of interest. I heartily recommend, the Hum, this Wireless Zone, and Shane Hibbs!

    Went with Greenlight because we wanted to support a local business. The service works well when it…read moreis on (little to no trouble while using multiple devices on the network, relatively fast download speeds) but consistently goes off around midnight every night. This is more than just an inconvenience as my wife's CPAP machine needs to upload data every half-hour. We have had mulitiple nights were the machine has reported no data (ie that my wife has died) which causes her hospital to dispatch an emergency response team to our home while we are sleeping peacefully. The ERT is a fast acting, elite trained force of professionals who do not hesitate to break through windows and kick down doors. We have had to replace our bedroom window FOUR TIMES in the past two months. I will be sending the bill to Greenlight Wireless. One addendum: my wife wanted me to point out that though she needs a CPAP machine, she's not a landwhale. She's a normal sized woman. About 5'2 with enormous breasts. Her septum is deviated and so she has the symptoms of a fattie without all the lard. Thanks for nothing Greenlight Wireless!

I've contacted the BBB & i don't think they are even responding to them! Even when the wifi was working (& there's a router right outside my apartment), the service was still low & would cut out all the time. It was 'ok' for being free, but being without service for over a week is unbearable!
