My phone suddenly went into SOS mode and I couldn't make calls. Went to the store for help and asked for physical ID... my id was lost and waiting for dmv to nail in my new one. This store did not offer anything else but to make me call into customer support. I think it's getting to a point where brick and motor stores are being trained to run like dummies and cannot do anything outside old-outdated dated security verifications. Verizon wireless for business sucks. The App was horrible and the phone systems would not work with the firewalls in our company. I tried to turn it all in because the system would not work for us. They continue to bill me for monthly charges on the account. They tell me they cant find my account online because the pin I set up is not working. I signed up for a new business plan with verizon wireless at the end of July 2022. I got 2 new phones and 1 mobile hotspot, I traded in two old phones, the hotspot and the 2 new phones came out to FREE based on trade in and current promotions for new accounts. My first bill came in very high, in the $300 range, it should be around $174/mo ($70 each line, $20 for hotspot and $7insurance per phone) I reached out to the store manager and they tried to correct it, after over 30 days of talking to the manager he pushed me off to the regional manager Adam Millbrandt. For the past 4 months he has been making excuses and has not correct the billing on my account. I have been forced to pay the high bill so my phone would not be turned off. now it's been about 6 months of me paying the wrong bill with zero help. I want a refund of overpayments, as well as a corrected billing going forward. Finish the job, this is very unprofessional. I have never been treated more disrespected in my life. I came in for assistance with my new IPHONE XR and the Apple brand battery case, that has continually given me nothing but issues-and the ENTIRE staff of about 3-4 people did nothing to help the issue. Didn't even bother looking me up in the system. Basically turned me away saying I needed to first fix an issue, then come back. I left in tears and was so upset that I cried in my car, in the parking lot for nearly ten minutes. I was spoken to like I was 5 years old, and an idiot. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. (If I could give them negative 5 stars I would) My husband and I had to drive over to this store three days in a row due to the incompetence of one of the female employees there. She never gave us her name and was of no help, and only made our problems worse when we went in to simply upgrade one of our phones. When we were trying to check out and purchase the upgrade she kept telling us our card was declined. (We have more than enough in our accounts to purchase an upgrade, there was no reason this should've been happening.) Soon after trying everything we were told by her that our transaction went through, and she would be back with our phone in 10 minutes. We sat there for what was actually 30 minutes only for her to come back and say that she just realized our payment never went through. By this time the store was closed, when we arrived early enough to have everything done before then. She told my husband to come back the next day and we should be able to pick up our phone after just being handed a customer service phone number. The next day my husband showed up after getting off of work at 5:00 pm, only to be told once again payment was declined. Which makes absolutely no sense since we have MORE THAN ENOUGH to pay for what we needed. She then was extremely rude and unhelpful towards him, and the employees locked the safe way before close and said they were unable to provide us with the phone we purchased. She then told my husband to come back the following day for in store pick up. We went back and were told they haven't prepared our order after dealing with this for three days. I've been a Verizon customer since they were Altel. Six months ago I switched from Cox to the Verizon 5G internet services. The last couple of months I've had to do a forced restart over and over again. If you don't have the infrastructure to support 5G, then don't offer it. Since most people look for one star reviews to look at first I hope you find this... I normally dread going into Verizon stores now because it feels like I'm walking on your used car lot. I had a major technical issue with my iPhone 5c. The rep Sea Cassidy spent an hour with me to try and fix this issue. He was unable to resolve it and pointed me at the Apple store. I went there and they were able to fix it. I believe it was an apple Apple issue. A few hours later though the phone reverted back to searching for a signal. Let's just say I wasn't happy. (Cut to videotape of the Atom bomb going off) I went back to the Verizon store and Shaun walked me through trying to fix it again. I've been on unlimited data for the better part of three years and have been hesitant to actually upgrade my contract and get a new phone as a result. I had bought mine aftermarket cash to keep my unlimited data up until this point. Sean pulled up my last six months of data usage and showed me that if I move my plan over it would save me around $45 a month and I can get a new iPhone 6. Okay here's where it gets interesting --I was so impressed with the way he handled me ~I can be a little bit of a bear when I feel I am being worked on by a sales person. If you've read this far here's what I can tell you: 1. I was ready to switch my service away from Verizon. 2. My blood pressure generally goes up when I walk into a Verizon store. 3. After dealing with Sean, I will refer anyone I know and go out of my way to let them know that they MUST go to the store on Camelback and ask for him specifically... he will restore your faith in Verizon. Liars! This location is staffed with employees who are only out for their commission. I bought a new phone online and stopped to pick it up. The employee looked at my account and asked if I wanted any accessories. After severe questions I agreed to a new case. The salesman then said it was only $4 more for the bundle. It was actually $35 more. I said no. The salesman installed the screen protector and case and said because I did not agree for the extra warranty or monthly tech support plan he couldn't help me with the transfer from my old phone and suggested I go to the Apple store. I said I could have bought the phone from Apple. He then stayed the phone has the prompts. Less than 4 hours later the screen protector started to lift. I went to the store and the saleswoman said they were out of stock and I should place a warranty claim. The manager came out with a new screen protector and looked at my phone. The case was installed in a way the made the protector lift. She lifted the corners of the case and pressed the protector in place. No more lifting. I will avoid this location and in the future. What a shame for almost 20 years as a customer, 8 as a corporate customer. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS I had a phone issue and the employee of this LOCATION decided that a hard factory reset was the best fix. He said I would not lose anything it was all backed up on the cloud. WRONG! They are uneducated young people folks.. run don't walk! Cost me thousands of $$ in lost his contacts. The star review represents Dory's customers service. Not the store as a whole. I would give Dory a 0 if possible. This is my first review ever. This information should show how horrible my experience was with this employee. I went into this store when they opened at 1030. I walk up to the door and it's locked. I try to open the door 3 times. Finally I get let into the store where the door doesn't open till 11am. Odd? But I can look past that. Here is where I met the rudest employee I've ever met, Dory. She's looks at me in disgust or annoyance even trying to open the door. I make aware my issue with my phone and she says it's a pressure issue with the screen right away without even looking at it. I ask "Ok, what are my options" Dory "you have to go through insurance" "Do I do that here or what?" Dory "we'll do you have insurance" "Idk do I?" Dory "idk do you?" "Isn't this the part where you take my phone number?" Dory rudely asks "well what's your phone number? I give her my phone number as she mistypes it and she starts to get frustrated at me and gocks at me. From here I ask her "why are you making this so difficult" and she starts to argue with me so I quickly ask for her manager with great surprise I find out she's the manager. I quickly ask who her boss and for her name and she says she wouldn't give me any of that information. I tell her I need the store manager's information before I leave. Dory then asks me to stay in the corner of the store like I'm a child and wait there while she does nothing to help me and move on to other customers. I walk over to a helpful employee who gives me everyone's information and points me to another manager who can give me the store managers name and only her email? Do these people not have office phones? Jesus. This is the only Verizon store I've ever gone to the past 17 years as a customer. I've never had a bad experience until yesterday. I had no issues with this place, maybe I just got lucky. I came in looking for a case for my S5. Broke that stupid protruding camera on the back twice and it's $80 to replace and really difficult to replace. Messes up your whole front screen. So I was told that they'd have go to the back to get some cases for me-guess my phone's already old. I talked to Heath. Dude was totally awesome. He brought out their best case to begin with, was $90. Waterproof, shockproof the whole thing. I wasn't too keen on spending $90 especially as I'm headed to Kuwait in about a month, won't have to worry about the waterproofing there. So he brought out a couple other Otter cases and finally we worked out this one case with glass on the front. He did all the work, put the glass on then slipped my phone in the case. He even asked for my account to look up if it was registered that I was military 'cause I get 25% off! I never knew this. My account was registered as a military account so I got the discount. Zero trust in this store specifically. I came to pickup a SIM card for an old phone. That's what I wanted to say when the customer service agent began telling me what we "cannot do." The reason this bothers me is that I already spend 2 hours with a rep over the phone working out what we need to do, and how it will work. The rep had been in the back room for almost 10 minutes to return to tell me that they don't just give our SIM cards without charging for it. They also want to charge me $40 for the line per month when I have already discussed this with customer service over the phone. I was assured no extra charges, but this location has always had an attitude about what they can and cannot do. I walked out saying, "No. You're not going to charge me extra. I'll call directly." Went to my car. Sat in the parking lot while i contacted customer service. They confirmed that there was no reason for them to do that except that it sounded like they were locking me into an additional 2-year contract. Got my need taken care of with the Verizon Global team (800 number). No extra charges, and we're good to go. read more

I have to admit I was dreading going to this Verizon for new phone. Every time I go to Verizon the wait is horrific and I am disappointed in the service. I am happy to relay this was not the case today! I waited about 10 minutes, not too bad and told the representative that I already knew what I wanted. I asked for the iPhone 8 Plus or the iPhone 7 Plus. They didn't have the color I wanted in the 8, which was okay as they had the color I wanted in the 7. The guy asked if I wanted to wait at the store for the data transfer or take instructions home. I opted to take the instructions home. Long story short, I was in and out of Verizon with a new phone in less than 20 minutes which was unheard of. Glad I stopped in! Now, I have a nice new phone that works. read more

Fuck Verizon, seriously. We couldn't even get a rep to make eye contact with us when we walked in and there were multiple reps free, just standing there. Finally, a guy comes over. My boyfriend starts to explain how his phone is lost and he has a monthly insurance plan that he pays for, and was informed that a lost phone should be covered under insurance. The guy taps around on his tablet, looks up the account, says, "you don't have insurance on this phone." My boyfriend starts to say, "okay, let me call the number for the claims and check with them again..." and the rep WALKS AWAY and doesn't come back. We look for someone else to help us. No one. Finally ended up speaking to someone who was a MANAGER and she says, "I would say your best bet is to return to the store you bought the phone from, and see if they can help you." ....we were standing in a Verizon store right then and there, so that might of been the perfect place for someone to help? One would think. We ended up walking out about 10 minutes in and decided to do everything online and get a new phone shipped (my boyfriend lost his and we pay for insurance on it) - which hopefully works out. If a $400 a month family phone bill isn't enough money for you to treat me well as a customer, then it seems like you may have some issues to address.
