    So far my experience has been nothing short of horrible! They are dishonest and have many technical issues transferring simple sim cards.

    My husband and I had an online order for a new phone that got canceled, so we called the store and…read morehad a nine minute phone conversation where they checked to make sure the phone was in stock that they were putting it aside and we could start the process over in the store. When we got to the store, they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about, said they don't have those phones in stock and no one talk to us. Mistakes happen, but own up to your mistake. We talked to somebody for nine minutes, checking the color of the phone, space of the phone and giving our name to put it aside. In the store, when we tried to confirm the phone number(pulled up our recent call log) to make sure we didn't make a mistake- we were met with attitude, saying I don't know our stores number. How do you not know or aren't able to confirm your store phone? We went to our car because of the attitude we got. We pulled up our phone recent calls and called the exact same number while still at the store and it called OSWEGO AT&T store. They continued to not help saying they don't know if any other stores have it in stock , told us to just go to the Apple Store and. Rude, you helpful customer service. We went to the Plainfield location instead.

She ordered it on Amazon, I mean how hard can it be?! lol - you need a special tool. A couple of days ago I decided to find a place that would fix it - totally forgot. I was meeting a friend at Chinese Kitchen (which is just above Dr Gadget and DELICIOUS btw). Lo and behold I drive up and see a sign "we fix cellphones." I thought "no way!" I strolled on in. Chris had a smile on his face and said "Hello how can I help you?" I told him the situation. He let me know he was about to close up, but he knew the phone model really well. He thought he could fix it in a half an hour. I gave him my number and told him I was having dinner at Chinese Kitchen. I kept looking at my phone so I wouldn't miss his call. A half hour went by - nothing. Then I look up and there he is standing at the counter. "Sorry, but I tried calling and your phone went to vm." WOW - really?! Instead of just leaving because he couldn't get in touch with me- he came up to let me know it was done. WOW! I don't mean to make such a big deal about that, but it seems in this day and age most people aren't willing to go above and beyond. Well, Chris did! Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable. I plan on bringing my Apple Watch to get my battery replaced as soon as I get back out that way.

    It's easy to make an appointment online. Just make sure you are on time for your appointment. The…read moretech does try and help. Went in because password wasn't working and I needed a reset. Apple required them to make me wait a certain amount of time for security which was fine. But when asking backup questions about using an external hard drive for a Mac and a windows device was told I needed to get a large drive and then have something to keep the windows data and Mac data separate. Not true. They can both be stored on the same device without the added expense of adding anything. They do offer classes here to help you learn how to use your device. They are free. Staff is friendly. If you have a device and have someone with you that doesn't have an apple device, they will loan one to that person to use for the class.

    Apple Store of Naperville is my usual go-to location for Apple needs. While I don't have any issues…read morewith theft thru mail... I prefer to pick up my items at the store directly. Due to being in Naperville, and the only one in the near vicinity... this location is always almost busy. Luckily, there are two parking garages within a two blocks of this store. Today, I decided to buy some AirPod Pros the day after the new iPhone 17 was released. That in inside was a very big mistake because there was a huge line for pick up orders. I arrived about an hour before the location opened. And there was a big line outside. The person at the door asked what we were looking for, and I told her that I was here to pick up an order. She pointed to the line and I was there waiting. The staff here was very good about making sure people were in the correct line. Every few minutes, someone would come out and ask each other to confirm they were here to pick up an item. Eventually...that question did become "anyone here for AirPods". I happily replied, with enthusiasm "Yes!!!". And we were pushed inside the store. Once we got inside..we had another mini line. However, luckily, they changed their mind and someone scanned my QR code and I got my item only a few minutes later. Overall, while this location is always busy... it is also always clean and I do feel safe. Sometimes, we have armed guards nearby too. I wish there was an Apple Store more west (aka: closer to my house), but until then...I will continue to visit this location.
