I ask "so do I come back to get it put on? She says "no you can do it at home it's fairly easy but I mean if you WANT you can". Cool so 2 weeks go by and I still haven't gotten it so I called customer service customer service and they tell me SHE NEVER ORDERED IT! I have been trying to call the stupid store but of course the phone isn't working. So I will be in there tomorrow to talk to management as the customer service rep informed me I should!

There was no notification on my app when I said I was on my way and I live 10 minutes from here. There was no rain, thunder or lighting when I arrived. I called to ask if someone could help me and they still said no. I was there to get formula and I was completely out so turning away was not an option. I had to go in with my toddler and carry out my order by myself due to a policy. I guess kindness doesn't exist at this store considering they can't even help a pregnant woman out to her car. I'm grateful to the gentleman who witnessed me in the store and helped me with my cart afterwards. Shame that a random stranger helped me for free but people paid to do it can't.

I then called again to speak to a manager and he tells me "well that's just too bad because I didn't witness the conversation and neither one of my encounters was documented and he would not fix it. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I will pay off these phones and get as far away from T-mobile as possible.
