They never notified me. Aside from that, they didn't transfer over my service properly therefore I didn't have a phone on an important day. Both my husband's phone and my phone took a total crap on the exact same day, "SIM Not detected" Both phones, same damn day. Phones are only 9 months old. Go to store where we bought and we were told to call 611 customer service. Called 611 and Tmobile said they would send a message/email when NEW phones shipped with tracking numbers. NEVER received any tracking numbers. Needless to say after a week we received 2 REFURBISHED USED P.O.S. On the same day of receiving the phones had to dial 611 AGAIN because my husband's phone wouldn't recognize a SIM AGAIN. TMobile charged us. 21.70 per phone for first two warrantee replacements then another 48.81 for the 2nd phone replacement. I did managed to get Tmobile to credit us 67.00 on our next bill (still 25.00+ out of my pocket for phones that were still under warranty) Now MY refurbished phone is randomly RESTARTING ON IT'S OWN. Will be calling 611 in the morning. BTW,I had my VERIZON S7 for 6 YEARS with no issues. Buyers BEWARE of Tmobile!!!

The initial phone call just to find that out took over an hour. What if I had to get to work during the next service windows? I would have needed to go 3 or 4 days before getting it fixed. The more time has gone on the worse their response to damage/loss of service has gotten.

The lawn still isn't how it was before and they're too incompetent to fix their mistakes. They then just routed the neighbor's line through my front lawn and over my driveway, and put a speed bump in my driveway over the line. They said they'd remove it in a week, but it's been over a month and they haven't done anything and stopped returning my calls. Meanwhile this is the neighbor's line and they're damaging and putting stuff on my property and I'm not a MetroNet customer. They're extremely incompetent, don't care to try to resolve issues, and shouldn't be trying to provide any Internet service.
