    Ronnie was so helpful and great. The service was amazing and was a great experience switching my husband over to my plan with them.

Turned out to be the biggest piece of crap I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. First of all my mom's and Dad's house caught fire and burned, lost all belongings, and my dad. He surcomed to his injuries and perished in the fire also. So my mom paid her monthly bill. This was in November, well in December and in January she paid her monthly bill, even tho we called and told them to put hold on the service. So she got another letter we informed them again we don't have a house, we don't need Internet service. So she got another bill stating it was the last payment. Which she paid. Now to date she's getting a 272.37 bill for the last couple months stating that it is going to be turned over to collections, my mother is on a fixed income. And i proceeded to call once again and the reply I got was the equipment is a loaner. Ok dude wat about the 3 or 4 months bill that we paid without even having a house??!?! T-Mobile your policies suck ass as do your people skills. Someone that pays their bill on time every month. For as long as they have your Internet, and they lose their entire world, their entire physical belongs, their husband of 52. Their life as they know it. And you want to sue over 272.37 You suck, but we'll pay it because apparently y'all need the money more than her. And we would like you to know that we are both going elsewhere to get our Internet from now on. And we hope you 272.37 finds you well. And we hope you fall on it and cram it in your ass.

    I had an awful experience at this Verizon store. Four months ago, I purchased new phones under a…read morepromotion that clearly stated free devices with no trade-in required. The promotion never applied to my account, so I went back to the store last month to have it fixed. Instead of resolving the issue, they incorrectly applied a completely different promotion that required a trade-in, which caused an extra $366 to be added to my bill. When I returned to the store to get this sorted out, the staff showed no interest in helping me. They would not take the time to investigate why these unexpected charges appeared and instead talked down to me, trying to confuse me and wear me down until I gave up and left. The manager, Quay, was especially dismissive. Rather than fixing the problem, he tried to convince me that the incorrect charges were valid, even though they were clearly the result of their mistake. It is clear to me that they misrepresented promotions to earn my business and later did everything they could to avoid taking responsibility. Ironically, when I called Verizon's customer service line, the issue was resolved in five minutes, something the store could have easily done if they actually cared. If you value honesty and good customer service, avoid this location at all costs.

    I made an appointment two hours in advance for 4:30 PM For a screen repair. As soon as I made the…read moreappointment, I walked inside and asked if they could take me two hours early since I was there. They asked what I was there for I said a screen repair and they said I will have to wait and come back at my appointment time. I walked around the mall and sat on a bench killing time for two hours. Then I came in at my appointment time at 4:55 and then they had me sit for another 30 minutes after checking in only to tell me that they are not able to take me for a screen repair today. The manager was there and said he couldn't even make an exception. Entirely unacceptable for them to have the time available on their website to book an appointment for a screen repair and for their employee to tell me to wait all that time for my appointment knowing what I was booked for, just for them to tell me I can't get it done today because it's too late and they are too busy. If they were too busy, they shouldn't have told me to wait. And if it was too late, the appointment time shouldn't have been available. That was a complete waste of my day. Not to mention, I live 35 minutes away. Unreal.

For the most part, this is a standard AT&T location if you are basing it on stock, layout, etc...however how they differ here is the service. I called in to the store a few moments after ordering online and connected with a friendly Associate who gave me the rundown of the process and guaranteed that if I arrived by closing time, I would have my new phone. I arrived and sure enough, he remembered me and had my phone ready to turn over. Additionally, he made the set up process easy since I was going to be flipping over all my info from phone to phone at home. Additionally, we chatted a few minutes about watches, and he took his Ultra 2 off and let me tinker with it for a few minutes to help my decision. Overall, positive experience at this AT&T location. I do not visit the actual stores often, but if I need to, this location is the spot.

When I did get through and asked to speak to a supervisor, they hung up on me. I did not know that if you have a dispute with them through your credit card, they can suspend your phone number. I woke up today to no phone service. I had to physically drive to this location to pay for prepaid that had been automatic for several years. If they suspend your number, no credit card works on their website. I had spoken to the store manager, Alexis on the phone this morning and she said she would take care of this. I arrived and asked for her but she was with a customer. I waited and another rep who was brand new tried to help me. She had to keep asking Alexis for the answers to the questions I was asking. Meanwhile, the customer Alexis was helping had left, and she started helping another customer. I spent an hour going around in circles with this whole mess. I wanted Alexis to help me directly but apparently she wanted to train her new employee more than she wanted to resolve my issue. I am cancelling my prepaid and will never return to this store. I DO NOT recommend AT&T or this store.
