I had a modem issue because Best Buy sold me a refurbished modem as new, and as a result it couldn't be connected to my new Comcast account. The employees at this location have made what is normally a painful process less annoying. It's so different than the phone interactions I have had with national customer service reps from Comcast, who seem to always have trouble getting to the root of the issue. To return the Comcast modem I used for a week while waiting for my replacement from Best Buy, it took only about 5 minutes of my time, even though I went near closing time. No lines, and speedy service.

A couple of days ago, after having a balance of $0, because everything is paid off, every month, on time, no matter what, we woke up to a charge of $682. How. How in the world does that even happen? He spent 4+ hours on the phone with multiple managers, employees, and supervisors, and NO ONE had a clear answer or reasonable explanation why this balance appeared. We were hung up on several times, one call while speaking to a manager, which is very unprofessional. Now they're trying to claim that the issue was with the bank, that the payment was late or never went through which is also wrong because the payment was pulled SUCCESSFULLY, every time we paid and we have proof documenting this. The lack of responsibility, accountability, and failure to provide rational or reasonable explanations regarding this incredibly high charge is negligent and unacceptable. We have proof that we have paid, on time, every single month. Now Xfinity is giving us the run around because no one can figure out why this random $682 charge is on our account when on January 22 (today is February 4) the balance was fully paid off and showed a $0 balance due on the billing statement. DO NOT GET SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY. No one knows what's going on and it's clear a lot of work is out sourced and those people don't know what's going on either. So incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We were paying $145 a month for 2GBPS with Xfinity and now we're moving to Google fiber and paying $100 a month for 3GBPS. -- this isn't a review based solely on this location but our experience as a whole with Xfinity.

    I had an awful experience at this Verizon store. Four months ago, I purchased new phones under a…read morepromotion that clearly stated free devices with no trade-in required. The promotion never applied to my account, so I went back to the store last month to have it fixed. Instead of resolving the issue, they incorrectly applied a completely different promotion that required a trade-in, which caused an extra $366 to be added to my bill. When I returned to the store to get this sorted out, the staff showed no interest in helping me. They would not take the time to investigate why these unexpected charges appeared and instead talked down to me, trying to confuse me and wear me down until I gave up and left. The manager, Quay, was especially dismissive. Rather than fixing the problem, he tried to convince me that the incorrect charges were valid, even though they were clearly the result of their mistake. It is clear to me that they misrepresented promotions to earn my business and later did everything they could to avoid taking responsibility. Ironically, when I called Verizon's customer service line, the issue was resolved in five minutes, something the store could have easily done if they actually cared. If you value honesty and good customer service, avoid this location at all costs.

    Dre and Emma are the ONLY REASONS ATT GETS AT LEAST 1 STAR…read more AT&T will never be the Bell South or the South Central Bell before bought by a billion dollar profit company of which Corporate doesn't give one___about its customers proven by the fact that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE IN THEIR IVORY BAT MAN STUPID TOWERS! But, today, a Fiber brilliant technician, named Dre, saved this illusive company a 5 decade customer! Not his bosses , cause I never received the 1 phone call I urged Dre, to ask for in a text to him or her or them. Now, let me interject that my experience is NOTHING as my home didn't burn to the ground in a fire, or flood, or obliterated by heavy rain and wind. So being upset over ATT IS nothing. However, four the last 4yrs, I have been harassed with threats of suspension and actually suspending me with no warning because I didn't want to change to fiber. A 50+yr customer, and the last actual suspension was eve of our big snowstorm, no warning, leaving me with no internet or landline. Thank God I have never let them upsell me for TV and cell; otherwise, I'd be out bigger time. So Jan 9. I made an appointment, dreading it cause firstly most reviews are about techs NOT SHOWING UP with NO CALL FROM ATT TO let those poor people know. Also worried about possibly having to dig to bury cables and install junction boxes etc. And though the agents via phone or chat are extraordinary as they are sweet, pleasant,& sympathetic, they have been either misinformed or given disinformation cause no 2 ever give same answer. And we have enough of that from our new administration FGS! So, there was no way TO KNOW if need trenches or what. When Dre arrived, from moment stepped out of truck, my stomach began to settle. And he instantly could see no digging needed as there was already a thingy on one of our utility poles and he could give me a line to my house. Not the "Air" method, but i think "Aerial."Whew! Then he began the install, a little drilling, a little line threading, hole right next to where my copper was in kitchen, perfect. And about 3hrs later he goes to make the connection with the alleged terminal on my street, (but to make another 3 or 4 hrs later shorter storywise) and couldn't and went to another not far from my street, and then another, come to discover THERE IS NO FIBER AVAILABILITY IN MY AREA! ALL THIS TIME OF ATT TARGETING ME, AS THEIR GUINEA PIG "INVOLUNTARY CUSTOMER " (REAL THING) NO FIBER! But DRE was not going to leave me high and dry, with no internet or landlines and he went through their tedious process of trying to get answers so he could PUT BACK MY COPPER INSTALL. THANK GOD , DRE decided against cutting down copper outside wire before install. Then he was told to tell me that I had to call sales, CALL, and tell them to revert me back to copper. Swear, y'all know how it is. 25 minutes till got agent and SHE, EMMA, IS SECOND REASON I DIDN'T QUIT ATT. I was so angry, and she was so perfect, sweet, sympathetic, fast, and Dre was still working and the 3 of us were actually laughing. Emma and Dre are angels! Almost 8hrs Dre with me, AND NOT 1 SECOND OF IMPATIENCE, HUFFYNESS, NASTINESS to me or toward ATT as they let us both down. HE was even keeled, calm, comforting, pragmatic, resolute! I love him! So, ATT, IF y'all aren't too busy getting rid of your DEI programs as commanded by FELON 47, ACTUALLY, in person, call Dre and Emma and tell them. "THANK YOU and that you appreciate them." Perhaps, a very big raise, too.

Turned out to be the biggest piece of crap I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. First of all my mom's and Dad's house caught fire and burned, lost all belongings, and my dad. He surcomed to his injuries and perished in the fire also. So my mom paid her monthly bill. This was in November, well in December and in January she paid her monthly bill, even tho we called and told them to put hold on the service. So she got another letter we informed them again we don't have a house, we don't need Internet service. So she got another bill stating it was the last payment. Which she paid. Now to date she's getting a 272.37 bill for the last couple months stating that it is going to be turned over to collections, my mother is on a fixed income. And i proceeded to call once again and the reply I got was the equipment is a loaner. Ok dude wat about the 3 or 4 months bill that we paid without even having a house??!?! T-Mobile your policies suck ass as do your people skills. Someone that pays their bill on time every month. For as long as they have your Internet, and they lose their entire world, their entire physical belongs, their husband of 52. Their life as they know it. And you want to sue over 272.37 You suck, but we'll pay it because apparently y'all need the money more than her. And we would like you to know that we are both going elsewhere to get our Internet from now on. And we hope you 272.37 finds you well. And we hope you fall on it and cram it in your ass.
