The doof that came over installed something called a Studer valve under our sink, claiming that he was "100 percent sure" that was our problem and not a clog. $200 later, our sink was still clogged, so he snaked it and, miracle of miracles, it got unclogged. He also "tried something" with the toilet which didn't work so claimed we needed a $250 plastic part that we looked up and found costs $16.99 at Lowes. Also, instead of repairing washers on faucet, he claimed we needed entirely new sinks. All to say ..STEER CLEAR!! We did get partially reimbursed, but Midstate dragged their feet forever and made multiple excuses. Surely there are good and ethical companies out there, but this one ain't it!
