I appreciated that Dave talked me through what he was doing and how the AC unit & thermostat worked so I understood some basics of why things were not functioning correctly. They also have inexperienced team members that just YouTube how to fix items and never get it fixed, until you complain and they finally have management send out a supervisor. They also do the minimum fixes if you have a financed product with them (water heater) so it doesn't cost them to replace. No one should waste the amount of time we have with them. Please go elsewhere. Also if you want to talk to management good luck because they are always away from the phone. I can't wait to fire them! I also needed to add another return and two more vents in the house, and these guys took great care in doing the work. Greg and his workers did an outstanding job installing a very high efficiency Amana unit for much less than the big companies in town. In my 2950 square ft home, the electric bill dropped around $150 during the hottest months, not to mention the months that were more mild... and I could not hear it blowing because they did such a good job with adding the right amount of vents. I had a couple of issues with my older unit downstairs, and Greg was always quick to respond and diagnose/fix the issue, always being honest about how I could save money doing this or doing that. Give these guys a chance to quote you. I am pretty sure you will be happy.
