Two months on the phone to cancel service then they started billing me For the free Netflix I don't even like, I like the Peace HBO Maker back on The phone again for hours and 2 more days. Poor offshore Customer support if you Get a rate increase do not talk to them! So after days of phone calls to off shore Customer Confusion they told me to go To the store close by so I asked for an address They said they can't answer that the same As everything I asked before OMG. You can't screenshot conversations or Get text or emails all is blocked. If you call ask for someone that you Can talk through text or emails, words Mean nothing! If they can not respond Don't talk run down and move your Phone number to pre pay this way You have power to open through them Or another carrier and your phone numbe Is still yours! I am now with better carrier Better price because I cut and ran after Talking to the t mobile wall! read more

Hello, yes I am giving 1 star because you have to give a star to give a review. this company whom at first I thought was a good company and really liked. Turned out to be the biggest piece of crap I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. First of all my mom's and Dad's house caught fire and burned, lost all belongings, and my dad. He surcomed to his injuries and perished in the fire also. So my mom paid her monthly bill. This was in November, well in December and in January she paid her monthly bill, even tho we called and told them to put hold on the service. So she got another letter we informed them again we don't have a house, we don't need Internet service. So she got another bill stating it was the last payment. Which she paid. Now to date she's getting a 272.37 bill for the last couple months stating that it is going to be turned over to collections, my mother is on a fixed income. And i proceeded to call once again and the reply I got was the equipment is a loaner. Ok dude wat about the 3 or 4 months bill that we paid without even having a house??!?! T-Mobile your policies suck ass as do your people skills. Someone that pays their bill on time every month. For as long as they have your Internet, and they lose their entire world, their entire physical belongs, their husband of 52. Their life as they know it. And you want to sue over 272.37 You suck, but we'll pay it because apparently y'all need the money more than her. And we would like you to know that we are both going elsewhere to get our Internet from now on. And we hope you 272.37 finds you well. And we hope you fall on it and cram it in your ass. read more

I had the misfortune of having to go to the local T Mobile Store on Mt View in Antioch, TN on 3/15/23 The phone went dead on the afternoon of that day went to the Antioch T Mobile store for assistance. Was told by a surly employee "the towers are down so there is no service" I said ok, but when it is restored how do I reset the phone for texting and internet service. She indicated in a very exasperated manner, "just leave it on and it will reset on it's own" I asked her a question how to change from WiFi which is automatically switched to back to the 5G service via T Mobile. She said in a MOST annoyed fashion "it just will do it" then walks away and goes to help someone else. I was made to feel like "why is this old woman bothering me, you are of no importance so just go away?. Went home no service till 6 am on the 16th, took 1 1/2 hrs 7 calls and 6 disconnections to reach someone at Customer Service to get help, which was helpful finally. The employee at the Store need to remember the following: 1. Just because the customer is old and does not have a great grasp of technology they need to remember the customer 2. Without the customer they would NOT HAVE A JOB!!! 3. Ditch the ATTITUDE! 4. Additionally the store needs to be open earlier than 10 am What can't these kids "get out of bed and go to work" ? read more

I have had to make several trips to T-Mobile over the last several months, not because of their service, but because of LG phone problems. Every time the staff at this store have been friendly and helpful. They even gave me a phone when mine was down and I didn't have to return it. Today Steve helped me retrieve my photos which had mysteriously disappeared. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 10 years and have always been pleased with their service both at stores and over the phone. I used to go to the store in Green Hills, but now go to West End as the employees are more knowledgeable and a LOT more willing to sort out problems. Turnover seems lower as well so I recommend this store to all who will listen! read more

SOUTHER HOSPITALITY!!!!!! The manager here is beyond amazing and attentive to the customers. He helped me out a great deal. And when I came back he wasnt there but the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Kind to me,my kids and everyone that was in the store at the moment. They seemed to be laughing and having fun, which made the energy in their so positive and full of happiness. I strongly recommend this spot. Hands down the true definition of southern hospitality. Today we went to the West End 2014 T-Mobile shop with the intent of changing from AT&T. However, as soon as we walked into the store, the first greeting we got was "we can only take one person at a time" even though the entire store was completely empty save for the saleswoman. When we asked about the offer we received in the mail (we had it in hand) the saleswoman literally laughed in our faces. As the only customers in the store, we got the feeling it was easier for her to just not do the work. We left and felt our time was totally wasted and the T-Mobile campaign was completely misleading. read more

I was having a big issue with my phone and after several phone calls to the insurance company I ended up here. A man named Keith talked to me or rather talked over me. Every time I attempted to tell him what was going on he would talk over the second half of my sentence. He told me that having a power cord that just falls out of the phone is normal and is the problem of cord rather than a problem with the phone (I have since then and by going to the store near my home in Washington state, managed to get the phone replaced and both cords I own work perfectly in the new phone) and was simply unwilling to offer any help at all. He clearly saw me as an irritant. read more

I've been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and have had generally positive experiences with T-Mobile's locations. In other cities, you usually get people who know T-Mobile's policies inside and out so they can make a deal. However, I've dealt with this location several times, and each time I either have to thoroughly look up prices, deals, and policies beforehand, or I walk away more confused than when I walked in. Even when you do know how T-Mobile works, you'll get bad, and sometimes expensively wrong, advice. Weeks after JUMP! On Demand was introduced, no one really seemed to know how it worked or how much it cost. One person told me it cost $10/month extra, the next told me $5 (turns out it's included in the price). I was quoted $140 trade-in value on a phone for which, when I called in, T-Mobile told me I would get $350. No one has ever been rude or inappropriate at this store. The customer service is decent. But, unfortunately, being nice doesn't make up for being incompetent. I really enjoy the service I get from T-Mobile, but please, do yourself a favor and get that service somewhere else. read more

This is my first time writing a review. I am T-mobile business customer. I had sent my phone in repair to the manufacturer. I went to the West End store to receive a loaner phone (with the $50 deposit), a procedure I have done many times before at many T-mobile stores. I spoke with the manager. I do not remember her name but she was a approx 5 ft 5" black female. She was very rude to me in saying they don't do this and is against their policy. I told her that other reps at this specific store have done it in the past. She said tell me their name so I can fire them. I checked the policy after I left the store and a loaner phone was still implemented. I was more pissed off with the way she was speaking with me. Even if Tmobile had changed their policy, the manner in which she spoke was very offensive. A few months ago, I read in the paper that this West End location was in the news for being discriminatory towards one of their employees and fired them for using the restroom too much due to a medical condition. This manager definitely needs to have some sort of disciplinary action or at least training on how to deal with customers. read more
