It cost $249! The next year I looked into the end and noticed 2 pipes were not even lined up. That explains why I've been inundated with mice. They came to fix that, and they sprayed more foam around the piece going through the floor but the mice have worked their way around it. I called them 3 days ago and nobody has returned my call. I need them to put something else around the vent hole to stop the mice from coming in. Given all this, I have to say that everyone who has come to my house has been very nice and professional. The last gentleman who came out went the extra mile to ensure that the pipes don't separate again. I appreciated that.

The Dryer Vent Wizard technician recommended replacing the plastic dryer vent with a metal dyer vent. After the metal dyer vent was installed he showed me a close up picture of the new vent installed & I paid. Shortly after the technician left I went outside to water my plants & noticed that a brick was loose at the dryer vent. The brick was not loose before, I know because I was constantly outside cleaning the old plastic vent because our dryer kept giving an error message. I contacted customer service shortly after the technician left on 8/4, Customer Service took a message for the Nashville location. I offered to send a picture, I was told that pictures would need to be provided to the Nashville location. I did not receive a call back so I called the customer service phone number again on 8/7 & on 8/12. Each time I was told that they left a message for the Nashville location & that a picture would need to be provided to the Nashville location. I have never received a call back from Dryer Bent Wizard of Nashville.

Today's technicia was Kevin who is a very nice and conscientious young man who politely came to my door to notify me of his arrival and he stepped back to the top step to give me "space". I thought that was very considerate because when service men come to my door it's quite an ordeal with dogs going crazy trying to get out to see who's there. anyway, Kevin was very thorough, extremely polite, and helpful. I hope MS pays their technicians well because they really have the best I've seen from any company of services I've used. thank you MS for hiring THE BEST!! Kevin is one of them.

He was prepared with a box of things for us to use in order to be ready when we made arrangements at Crestview the following day. It had everything we needed to be ready for our experience to prepare for the funeral. The next day we were greeted by Randy Nash and Jackie. They were the most prepared, helpful, and full of knowledge and had all the right answers people I have ever dealt with. I couldn't be more pleased at how easy they made this for my family. Never did we feel slighted for a second! Their attention to detail and EXACTLY what we wanted was impeccable! I would trust them with anybody....I told them up front that we were very picky and we had a certain way we wanted things handled and not once did they fail us. We had so many compliments on how good my mother looked, the casket, the flowers, everything was amazing! We couldn't be more pleased. The funeral came and the music was played perfectly, the cemetery was set up with tents for our family and friends due to the rain. I cannot express enough how professional everyone at Crestview was to our family. No one likes to make these type of arrangements but it is nice we you can trust the people your dealing with to make the experience a lot less stressful.
