    Do not waste your money on the extended warranty for the Roomba j5+. My husband bought it and was…read morenot told the warranty only covers a single repair -- a major red flag. When I tried to use the warranty, Best Buy denied the claim because the Roomba's camera malfunctioned and it ran over dog feces. Their policy excludes coverage for malfunctions caused by contact with human or animal urine or feces. The vacuum returned to its dock but then displayed a right-wheel error and would not operate. I cleaned it as thoroughly as possible without submerging it and brought it in for service, but they still refused coverage. After being told it wasn't covered, I replaced the wheel module myself and it didn't fix the problem, so the contamination likely damaged internal electronics. I was embarrassed to admit what happened but I was honest because I feared more damage. My $700 Roomba is now unusable -- the worst value I've experienced. We will not be buying from Best Buy again.

Love BEST BUY and my local Brentwood Store but will not be going back to this location EVER AGAIN. Me and my wife couldn't get over how rude and unhelpful some of the staff were also. Guy at the front of store greeting customers and watching cameras was cool and very noce. He was the exception.     After my parents had a good outcome with their experience with EE at Cool Springs, we decided to…read moregive them a shot with a washer and dryer at our brand new home. Day one after receiving them, wash one, water was everywhere. All over the floors, lower part of the walls in the Landry room and hallway. We called, they said they would call by EOD to schedule a service appointment because there was water damage and no one called. So we followed up the next day. They said they would call to set a service appointment... no call. My wife called again. She spoke with Jim the service manager. He assured her that he would have someone come out at a certain date and time. She subsequently got a confirmation text with completely different info than what was discussed. We were then sitting at one week without a washer. Made one last call to speak to the store manager. He didn't seem the least bit concerned about our issue. Seemed like I was bothering him by calling. I told him to just come and get them and issue a FULL refund. Guess what... got a refund. Not a full one. They refused to refund the delivery fee for delivering damaged equipment. And, they didn't even hook up the dryer correctly either. We paid extra for a steam kit and such, never even installed it. EE is a joke! Heck - we were even told by one of their employees, there was a manufacturer defect in some of these models but that they would rectify it. And still got nowhere with them. What a waste of time and money (the delivery fee). We will never do business with them again. Truly, terrible customer service experience.
