Easily the greatest costumer service experience of my life! I came in with an old digital camera that had been sitting dead for 10 years that I couldn't get to charge, and instead of just selling me a new battery they tried a few different things to get the old lithium battery back up and running. When we realized the charging cord I had didn't work they pulled out this battery charger that adapts to different sizes and proceeded to check that it all worked and then sold it to me at 2/3 the price. The shop is also really clearly organized and clean, very easy to find things if you aren't in the mood for asking a bunch of questions like I was. Ergo, Battery Plus. Knowing that a Nashvillian can find d@mn near anything h/she/they need driving down Nolensville, I went in search of the BP to cure what ailed me. Parking was easy (a key data point in Glencliff) and the clerk who helped me was knowledgeable and nice... and a bit shocked at the age of my phone and that the original battery had held up for so long. I had a battery change a few weeks ago, right before going out of the country. The battery was acting a little funny, but I was unable to contact the store, thinking I would when I got back. During my trip, my phone sustained water damage. I got it fixed when I returned to the US. After getting the phone fixed, I went to the store to explain the inconsistencies with the battery. I've been a happy customer of Batteries Plus Bulbs for a long time.Way back when, I had a great Casio Databank DBC-150 watch- but could only get replacement batteries from Casio or, here in town, Batteries Plus. Down the road, my wife and i bought various specialty light bulbs and HTF batteries here. Why a few days ago, we went to the Nolensville Road store where I got a watch battery replaced. Also, a rechargeable Flex-Power flashlight needed a forever home, so it's now resting in my computer room. Over the years, the people there always helped us find exactly what we needed. I think it is funny that yelp claims to have no control over their reviews and yet when I leave an honest review, it is removed because the business is a huge corporation and spends plenty of money with yelp. As for this batteries plus location, it took a negative review like this to inspire them to look into my claim about my battery. They did get it charged, and did finally call me back. This location 3733 Nollensville Pike, NT I purchased a battery with a warranty and the battery kept going dead, had the battery checked out at Auto Zone and under a load test they informed me that the battery had a dead cell. When going back to the location mentioned above, they had every reason to not honor the company warranty. As I was stranded in the parking lot, had to have someone take me to Batteries Plus with my receipt to let them know and understand that the battery was bad. Headed on my way to Florida in the mist of losing time I told battery plus about the condition and having the battery check out. They checked the battery and saw that the battery was very very low. But not wanting to place the battery, they stated to me that they didn't have another battery in stock. I asked for the manager, who is Greg Boughner he did everything in his power not to replace this battery under warranty. Had I walked in there wanting to purchase a battery they would have had one in stock. He told me that he would look up my name in the system and to make his job easy, I told him I had my receipt. But again, he did nothing and now I have lost time and money. I will never step foot up in Batteries Plus again! Worst experience I have every encountered, and I have purchase over the years many batteries and bulbs from Batteries Plus. After a HORRIBLE experience at the Charlotte Pike location, I was highly skeptical of this business. however, Marcus at this location is the bomb!!! He did CORRECTLY in 20 minutes, what I spent 3 weeks trying to do at the other location. he was friendly- they had my key in stock - and he was able to cut and program my key in a short amount of time, even working by himself. I went there to get my Timex watch battery replaced. They took good care of the watch. They had the required tools to handle the work at hand. They were knowledgeable and did not take a lot of time. They refused to honor the three year warranty on a car battery that was one year old. They said it was "too dead". The car was not abused. It sits for a while between uses. They knew that when I bought the battery. I will never buy a battery there again. read more

Got me in and out with my battery replacement. I had no idea how to remove the back of my watch but they have watch tools of course.

I have been going here for years and never had an issue until now. I went here yesterday to pick up some various batteries. As I got out of my car I noticed my key fob was dead so I decided I would replace this battery as well. When I walked in I was greeted by an employee and asked if I needed any help. I told him the size of the other batteries I needed and I said I need one for this key fob if I ever got it open. He said if you don't know the size I can get it open for you and replace it. I handed over the key fob and allowed him to change it. I grabbed the other batteries and when he was finished he began to scan the batteries I was purchasing. One of the batteries which was similar to the key fob battery rang up to $5 and the key fob battery rang up for $11. I asked why is that one so much more. He said, "oh. That's for the labor of putting the battery in." He never told me when he offered to replace it there was going to be an extra charge for doing something I could have done, otherwise I would have done it myself. I just thought he was being helpful. I think this was bad business and you have lost a loyal customer. read more

I arrived with a simple cracked iPhone screen I left with a new screen with a home button that no longer worked, Siri no longer worked and I was unable to use my speech dictation. Sadly instead of fixing the issue the manger lied to me about how it's a update problem and not a issue with the services provided. My phone was up to date as well as working perfectly fine outside of the cracked screen. New screen new problems. This says a lot about this company's character. They're not interested in helping but rather hindering the customers progress. I've never had such a bad experience with a company. Please be aware of these lowlife business who take advantage of customers such as myself. read more
