Be careful if you come here, they will lie to you, try to sell you anything and tell you that you're due for an upgrade even if your phone is perfectly fine. They will lie about prices of services, and even add on stuff without telling you. They will use intimidation tactics as well. Got scammed and once I realized that my bill was over double, went to go back to return the products I was sold. They will lie about return policies and tell you stuff like you need to return your purchase with the salesperson you bought it from. They'll tell you that no one there can do the return because they're "training". I've never heard of a store close to closing with no key holder or anyone that could make a return. Anyway that was a straight up lie cause I went to another location and made the return. I would recommend any other location cause our service was 100 times better than this place. There is no sign in list or system to know who comes in first or who is next to be serviced. I'm extremely irritated that I was in line and was next but asked if I could go pick up my coffee next door and even offered to buy them one. When I came back a couple minutes later there was 2 other people that walked in. The sales guy took them even though I was next and waited longer. He didn't even care. We ordered a new iphone online and went to pick it up at the Mililani location. We went through the instructions for curbside pickup, but no one responded. Inside I said we tried curbside and the response was "Oh." Not "sorry" or "we didnt realize." Just "oh." When we got our phone and were leaving, they gave us the phone with "Here you go." Not "thank you" but "Here you go." So the next time we need help, well take the longer ride to Pearl City where I know the service is good. I kept my mouth shut until now but this is strike 3. This is the third time that my son went in to this store to replace his cracked screen protector and was basically ignored. Over a 1/2 hour later he is still sitting there waiting patiently as the workers help others who came into the store way after him. I know this because I'm standing outside. I'm being courteous to other customers and not taking a seat in the store because I don't need anything. Took me walking in to the store asking my son what's happening for a salesman, who was helping someone else, stepped out from behind the counter and asked if we needed help. He knew very well my boy been sitting there the whole time but only addressed him when I came in. Customer service rule #1, treat everyone who walks through the door as a "customer". He was in fact a customer. Yes a 14 year old kid is your customer. A huge portion of cell owners are kids. This is the last time we are doing business here. My wife is up for a new phone, she plans on transferring her old one to our daughter, and we were planning on buying an iPhone for our son this month for his birthday. These people need training! I went in to order a new watch for my daughter and had to go back 3 times to get it all right. John opened a new line without me knowing and then tried to close it but couldn't. I just got my bill and it was $150 over what it was suppose to be becuase he had no idea what he was doing. The third time I went in they tired to charge me again for the watch after I already paid for it. To be honest, this Verizon is a dissapointment. I dont want to discourage people from going, because you can handle basic things here, but ... well i'll list pro's and cons. Pro's -convenient location Cons -Always seems busy. When I have come usually there are people sitting waiting to be helped. -Place is run down, could use remodeling. (the At&t nearby looks soooooo much better) -Usually only two workers there. Which is why there is a line all the time. At&t seems to have like five or something. -They don't have many view-able phones. The Samsung, iphones, and then just a few pieces of plastic model things. -Never looks very clean from the outside (just my opinion) Point is, I wanted to come here and get a new phone, but am interested in LG Samsung HTC and what ever else is out. I found that I was unable to see most of what I was curious about. I have a samsung, so i know samsung. whomp whomp whomp. If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband called ahead of time and asked if he could return his Samsung Note 20 since he ordered it in bronze, but got it in black instead. We finally got to the location and she put a sign up saying "Went to bathroom, will be right back." We waited for 20 minutes and she still hadn't returned. I just needed to run in to buy a charger. Only one person working. He was finishing up with someone when I walked in then started helping the one other person who was waiting. I grabbed what I needed and waited about 10 minutes in case someone else came out from back or the customer in front finished quickly. No such luck. I had to be somewhere so ended up putting it back and leaving. Other than an acknowledgment (that I never got) like "I'll be with you shortly" or "Hi, welcome" or whatever, I get there's only so much 1 person can do when working alone. Maybe someone else was on break or something. But it was just inconvenient and frustrating. I later returned to the AT&T store a few yards away. The store was packed with customers but there were at least 4 workers. I was greeted right away, pointed in the direction of chargers, was helped find what I needed, paid, and was out in less than 10 min. read more

I pre-ordered a new phone, went on the day it come out and I was told they couldn't activate it because "verizon was having problems at the moment, due to too many people trying to activate their phone"(wtf?). They told me to take it home and wait 2 hours. I waited 5 hours, it still wasn't activating. They seemed like they didn't care, the employee with the colored eyes looked like an arrogant jackass when he was called for help. I understand you probably get minimum wage, but at least do your JOB! This employee was the same douche who tried too charge me 135 for the phone, (A hidden fee, to try and sell screen protectors and a case) when i knew i only had to pay sales tax, and I corrected him. I finally called tech support, and they explained what went wrong with my activation, long story short, The Mililani store screwed up. The tech support employee over the phone told me to stay away from these type of Verizon stores. STAY AWAY. These employees don't give a rats ass about good customer service, especially that green eyed male employee, He's lucky I have a family and a good career or i would of bashed his head in with my old phone. read more

Disappointed with the customer service. Tried calling multiple times but the only people that answer are the people at the calling center and that's after waiting for over 5-10 minutes each time. The associates don't answer their phones, hopefully due to being understaffed... No greeting or welcome when you walk into the store, not even an acknowledgment. Spoke with assistant manager and he said you can use your Verizon Device Dollars toward any upgrade, however when coming back to pick up the phone, the manager said there is no possible way to use the Device Dollars. They royally screwed me over switching my phone over from my parents line. They did it wrong and just flat out gave me a new number saying my phone and watch were paid off. They weren't and I knew that. My parents got stuck with another bill for my old line because it was transferred totally wrong. Went into this store on March 8 and it ended up being a huge mistake. I was looked straight in my face and lied to by the manager Jason. Let me explain, I was very unhappy with my current phone provider at the time, so with a paid in full IPhone 6S Plus in hand, I went on over to this store to make the switch. Jason ended up being my sales rep that day. I told him that I wanted to use my current phone since it's already paid for and he said to me "You can't use a T-Mobile phone on Verizon's network. They operate on two different systems so you will need to purchase a Verizon phone." Sure enough I was disappointed since I had just literally paid for this IPhone. He then proceeded to tell me that the only IPhone they have in stock was the IPhone 7 128Gz which was almost $900. Not wanting to pay that after spending almost $700 for the 6S Plus, I asked him to suggest another phone to me. In the end I ended up with the LG G5 phone for $650. While he was doing the transaction he had a tablet sitting on the countertop next to the new phone. He wrote out the price of everything with an estimate of my what my monthly bill would be saying that the tablet is "included" basically saying that the tablet and monthly fees in a bonus with the new phone plan. Feeling uneasy I called customer service and asked them to break down everything on my plan including the tablet. What do you know? The tablet was not "included" and was ADDED into his math. Needles to say I took the tablet right back and got my money back for the activation fees and charges. As the weeks went by I was more and more disappointed in the LG G5 phone and started exploring ways to make up the money to buy another IPhone. I listed the 6S Plus for sale, as well as some other items I had. Everyone wanted to low ball me for the items so I couldn't get them sold. One morning frustrated and at my wits end, I googled to see I can somehow use my 6S Plus on Verizon's network if I unlocked the phone. It took me all of 2 minutes on Verizon's website to realize that my IPhone can and does work on Verizon's network. Excited and mad I called up customer service and explained to them what I just saw on their website and what happened at the store. The representative ran my IMEI number and was shocked and confused as to why I was told that my IPhone wouldn't work with them. All I needed was a $10 Verizon SIM card in my phone and this MANAGER (tried to sell me a tablet) and sold me a phone valued at $650. I cannot describe how mad I am at the level of deception some people would stoop too. Of course I am not going to get my money back, nor the months of frustration I had to go through with a substandard phone. And of course I called Verizon corporate and made them aware of this. Beware that Go Wireless is NOT a Verizon store, but merely has authorization to operate under the Verizon name as a 3rd party. With that knowledge in hand, it makes perfect sense why I was deceived the way I was. Their number one priority is to sell phones, not take care of their customers or represent the Verizon name well. I am beyond disgusted with Jason and I will discourage anyone from shopping there before doing their research first! This store will never get any business from me or anyone I know ever again. Update: I am now using my IPhone 6S Plus once more but still stuck paying for the LG G5 phone. Corporate did take half the price off the phone but that is all they could have done since it's not a Verizon store. So I'm still out of pocket $325 for a transaction that should have been $10. Agree with most of the reviews saying that Jason is very helpful. The 1 star is from my experience with the other sales rep, ARMANDO. This guy is one of the worse sales reps I have ever met. I went in to buy an iPhone X. It seemed that I puzzled him for some reason when I walked in and asked to purchase the phone; kind of had this odd look of confusion on his face (great first impression guy)...long story short, he offered me an iPad for "$250" as part of some deal when buying an iPhone X, which I accepted as it seemed like a good deal. But come to find out he didn't inform me that it would be extra for the data line per month. If he was a salesman with integrity that is implied IMO, but then again all they want is more $$ out of your pockets. So I returned the iPad, which for some reason resulted in me having to return the iPhone X...OK, whatever no biggie, returned and got my money back as well as reactivated my old phone. This all happened in December. Fast forward to January, a month later...I received my bill for the month....and guess what, I OWE VERIZON $275 more on top of my normal monthly statement! How could this be you might ask?? Well, what sales rep ARMANDO didn't inform me, was that throughout all his number crunching during his sale back in December, paying off my previous phone (which I ended up back with since I "had" to turn in the iPhone X with the iPad) was part of that transaction, which BTW was no where clear on the transaction invoice. So for expectation management, it would have been nice to know ARMANDO....Thanks for being such a lousy sales rep... My recommendation for anyone trying to get any type of in person service with Verizon...GO TO A LEGIT VERIZON STORE! Not one of these "Authorized" Retailers...and if you do end up going to this one in particular, if ARMANDO tries to assist you, understand that he will not make anything clear during your transaction and that you are at risk of spending "extra" money without realizing it. Lastly, if you end up in the store for whatever reason, ask for Jason...and if he's not there, find out when he is and go back. read more
